Purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee recently. Had an awesome experience with FreshAuto. Product Advisor Jorge Cubias was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I purchased my 2017 RAM Laramie ecodiesel approx 6 weeks ago. The date when I arrived to take a look at the truck Adam was very supportive in taking me through the features, vehicle history, warranty options... We were very pleased with Adams level of service and knowledge which helped us make the decision to purchase with FreshAuto over the other RAMs at other dealerships we were considering. At this time we are pleased with the vehicle and have no issues with it.

We just had the best experience trading in our car. We had a lot of low blow offers before coming here and Fresh Auto gave us such a great one. We worked with Jorge and the sales managers, they were super kind and so good to us. I was nervous coming in, because care salesman are so pushy and normally try to gouge you for every dollar. But there was no push, they were honest, it was just a great experience. Can't wait to pick up our new vehicle.I highly recommend coming here. Such great customer service.

My wife and I picked up our new to us 2021 Ram today…I dealt with Eric Gordon and what a gentleman from the start to finish…Our truck was washed,gassed up and ready to go as promised.Thanks Eric !! Really enjoyed the hour + drive home in the truck.

So I waited a couple months to post a review like many others. I purchased my 18 Cherokee trailhawk from freshauto a couple months ago dealing with Kurt. Process was quick, easy and extremely pleasant. Only issue I have had with my vehicle is the battery was toast a couple weeks ago but batteries can go at any time. They took the time and made sure a couple things were fixed to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase and I can say I am 100% satisfied!! After being screwed over by a dealership 4yrs ago, we were pretty hesitant to go looking for a new vehicle..We shopped around to feel out a few dealers,But came across Eric Gordon, at Fresh Auto.The man was a legend.   From the test drive, to explaining the whole process,  we felt like we were in good hands the whole time.After a little paperwork back and forth, the signatures were done and picture infront of the Truck was taken.  We OWNED IT.From test drive to paperwork took around 4 days total; And Eric made us feel as comfortable,  and COMPETENT  in this whole buying process.Eric even mentioned our business in the Fresh Auto FB post they made! After becoming frustrated with the delays in getting our new Nissan, we opted to buy a second hand car instead. We were attracted to FreshAuto by an advert we found for a Jeep, they were. the first place we visited, and we were not disappointed, we didn't buy the Jeep, but we did opt for a Ford Edge that they had.
