My Little boys are quite Particular about thier food. There was a Rep there names Sarah and she Was Phenominal. Took the time to ask questions and was so knowledgeable. Her recommendations were amazing and my little boys are loving tbier new food options.

I have been going to Global for. many years.The staff are really friendly and knowlegable.Some of their prices are higher than some other pet stores but they have gotten in things just because I asked.They have a lovely black store cat there called Jewel who greets you.

Staff at the store were helpful, clean facilities but over-priced. Hard to shop local when paying almost $30 more per bag of food compared with online to my door. Had to shake my head at $100 coat for dog. Boutique price for something made in China.If your focus is price and convenience (for the same products), I recommend shopping elsewhere.

If you want to give your pet the highest quality food..go here. You're gonna pay...but the payoff is greater. Please, forget that medium double double and spend it on your cat or dog. You will see the difference.

This place is terrible at keeping cat food stocked. I constantly have to drive to bayers lake location where they actually do their Job. I usually never have any other problem except for the rude fat lady with dyed red hair, who has a really Jolly but condensending attitude. Everyone else is decent but she is very annoying. Hopefully management can take notice?
