It is May 16th, 2023, and we are in the midst of a mild heat wave. Upon entering the store, it actually got hotter! I spoke to a couple of the staff (who looked exhausted and were visibly sweating), and told me it happens every year, and they are waiting on parts" to restore the AC.I don't know how the poor staff could work in such conditions

Disappointed with my experience, been there for photo regarding PR and even after clarifying them my exact needs, the photocopies didn’t match the requirements, I ended up getting another one somewhere else at cheaper price and better quality.

One of the oldest London Drugs around (store #6)The pharmacy is small and have reduced hours due to lack of staff.Nicole from the Makeup counter is very helpful and friendly, extra star for her great customer service.Pay for parking as they ticket and towed at this lot, London Drugs will reimburse your parking up to $4.

Staff are friendly and helpful, especially the person who works at the beauty department. She's a sweetheart! The bonus of this specific London Drugs is that some of the guys working here are very cute, espcially in the photo lab hahahaha.

The worst customer service from Iranian pharmacist Kimia K. Avoid dealing with her at all costs when filling out your prescriptions. She is very unknowledgable, rude, and dishonest. She made my husband and I wait over an hour and a half for a prescription, only to pretend that she heard him wrong and canceled the medication. Then an accomplice of hers lied further saying that we already had the medication filled at a different pharmacy, when we never even stepped foot into another! We know the real reason is because her colleague screwed us over, therefore they could no longer have it ready within a few minutes. Thus we were told that we had to return 24 hours later before it could be ready. Unbelievably terrible customer service.

Claire from the cosmetic department was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I was buying some LaRoche-Posay serums and body lotion. Later, Claire informed me that there were gifts sets for those products that interested me. I would get bonus products by purchasing the gift-sets with the same price. I had a $40 LD Extras LaRoche-Posay coupon and a $5 LD Extras voucher but somehow there was an issue for me to redeem the LaRoche-Posay coupon from the mobile app. Not only Claire was able to fix the issue, she also include a $5 manufacturer coupon to my purchase. In the end, I was able to save $50 plus getting bonus items from the gift sets for my purchase. WOW! Thanks Claire!

No free parking anymoreThis location is almost dead, you want to buy a shampoo? Stay in paying line, Pay $5 parking fee, to buy a $4 shampoo or you get $75 fine... it's a shame for London drug, td bank and all the business there that they can't even provide 1 hour of free parking in their own lot... I'll never go there again

My mom had sent me to this store to buy toilet paper because of a promotion they had where you spend $40 at receive a $10 gift card. When I took my purchases to the front and went and asked about this gift card no one seemed to know anything about it and the manager Harini didn't even want to help me she knew nothing of it and didn't try to make an effort to find out she wanted me to go find out things about it and once I found the flyer picture and showed it to her she seemed more upset rather than helpful or nice about it. Worst experience ever in a London Drugs I would definitely not go back to this. Management should be about customer service not trying to prove the customer wrong!!
