I had a oral surgery here four days ago. The doctor here are very professional and patient however one of the front desk receptionist was super rude! She was a senior lady with short and brown hair. When I kindly asked her if there is any availability so I can move my appointment one day early as my doctor’s advice. I was shocked by her reaction because *******she threw my dental file on the table hardly and stared at me for few seconds.*******I should have asked her why she showed me with a defiant manner but my mouth was still hurting from surgery. I hope she just had a bad day so she treated me unrespectfully not because of I’m Asian....

I decided to have my apicoectomy done with Dr Greenfeld simply because he was the only doctor in over 10 years of recurring infections who could explain in simple terms why a root canal fails. He's the most kind and knowledgeable doctor I ever found. If you need an endodontist his 40+ years of experience will be an invaluable help.

Dr. Wei Qian is great! I recommend him to everyone.

My husband had a very inconvenient experience with the staff at the desk during his first visit at the clinic, this afternoon. We are especially disappointed with the lady receptionist who is in her mid 30's, curly/long hair with brown complexion. Her communication skills were very poor, unprofessional and somewhat rude and uncaring.Two weeks ago, after confirming that she received the referral, she scheduled my husband for a consultation. However when we came to the clinic today, she said my husband was not in the list and acted as if she didn't remember my husband, considering they spoke over the phone more than 3 times. It would suck because we live one ferry away and we just went here for this appointment.Dr Qian even asked if my husband had any referral.Upon hearing my complaints, the more senior receptionist acted polite and took the lead role in solving the issues; however I saw them laughing . We felt disrespected. We did not even get her apology.Dr. QIAN, thankfully was very professional, caring, smart and mostly polite.I see a number of almost similar complaints from this review. Hopefully the management will take this issue seriously and improve their customer service.

Dr. Greenfeld is an excellent specialist. He takes time to explain what procedures he will be doing. Answers any questions in terms I understand. The staff anr excellent as well, taking time to talk with you and answer any questions. I'm a very nervous patient and felt very much at ease.

Dr Raymond is an amazing doctor he explained to me everything I needed to know, he takes time with his patients and is really friendly.
