I called them nearly in a panic on a Friday after a holiday trying to get a bin after the scope of our renos increased. Not only were they the ONLY local company to answer the phone - they had a bin on route WITHIN THE HOUR! The driver took care not to damage the property or the concrete slab driveway that he was dropping on. They gave us a LARGE window to use the bin for and when we filled it much earlier, One simple e-mail and they had it picked up. The very next day all the charges were automatic to my card, and a clear and easy to read invoice for my records was provided. The price was cheaper then anyone else I got a quote from, and the time the saved us was invaluable. Highly recommend - I will never do any size reno ever again without calling Environmental 360 again!

They seemed nice enough and they picked up the garbage on time generally. When they missed the pickup never heard from them, I had to email and call them to find out what was going on. We sold our home and moved to a rental and signed up with these guys for a short term, now we bought a new acreage and are moving. However they never told us the term was 5 years, I never would have signed up if I had known. The previous company we used was T&T and they even gave us a box to store our garbage in to be collected and it was a month to month service. These guys nothing, and when asking about it would get no response. So now I have to cancel the contract and they are sticking me with a 6 month fee. I don't have a choice as its in the contract. But I would never sign up with them. If their terms are 5 years and my other company was month to month, it tells you right there they need people to be trapped in to make money.

Think twice before you deal with this company. They were challenged sticking to THEIR schedule. Always another excuse. Kept missing their pick up days, but never missed an opportunity to increase the rates. Then they charged me a penalty when I terminated the contract that THEY breached. All about the $$$ with no regard for customer service. One positive: the drivers were excellent, when they showed up.

Highly recommend this company! Amazing service and pricing. I dealt with Evan, he was professional, got back to me immediately, and there were no hidden charges. Everything he told me about the price was right on! I highly suggest using E360s for any and all waste or recycling needs!

Much better options in calgary for residential or commercial waste hauling. They are nice with you at the start to win your business then forget about you and nothing gets taken care of. Look elsewhere.

Evan, the Airdrie rep, was an absolute pleasure to work with.I contacted about 5 different companies and was disappointed with the price, customer service, or inventory selection.Within my 10min conversation with Evan, I was able to get a flexible contract, at the lowest price I was quoted and paperwork sent electronically with a digital signature. After I returned my info the bin was delivered within day.Great company with great people!
