Great assistance on this past Wednesday when having to purchase liquor license which can only be done online now. Lady at southern most cash register was a great help getting me around the online page.

If a customer shares a little information of an upcoming wedding, wouldn’t you ask for a SOP#???!! Don’t care !!! Too bad so sad. That’s my experience. Thank god for the 30 day return policy. Able to return & repurchase @ Simcoe & Winchester.. Christopher and cashier were patient and accommodating and fixed everything up for us. Those guys deserve the 5*****.

Bad customer service! Typical unionized government worker. Apparently your 18 yr kid can't even help you with carrying your purchase even if you're disabled. And the staff can only direct you to a cart. Absolutely no help whatsoever!!!

The best thing about this LCBO is that they have a international Whisky Section where you get Indian Whiskies. Very Few I have found in Oshawa.This LCBO is very spacious and there is huge selection to choose from. Due to its very spacious size it very easy to do checkout as there lines are moving very quickly.Staff is highly trained and very helpful incase you want to know something.The parking around this LCBO is never a full as there are plenty of spots.They do provide sampling of new drinks every now and then which is awesome. Coz last time I found a low calorie flavoured Vodka Drink.

Was followed by security the moment I arrived, then the cashier was very rude. ?What is going on with this place ? Two white males. Security had red hair and the cashier was older.Please LCBO management. Train your staff properly. Customer service is your business. Your staff need mental or emotional help.

Good selection. Cashier with the hair stuck in the 80s was extremely friendly to the couple before me, but was extremely rude to me. Can't help but wonder if it was because we're an interracial couple.
