So far we have not had a good experience.. They have delayed our closing date by four months (which is not so out of the ordinary) but they do not maintain any communications with us. We have emailed their design center four times across a year and have not gotten any firm updates for when we can expect to receive an appointment time. We are now less than four months from our new closing date and haven't gotten any replies to our emails. Their customer service could use some serious work...

Nothing good comes out of Minto. Nothing like them building a shower on floor squeaky beyond squeaky. They build kitchens without doing measurements and your fridge won’t fit. Also don’t support a builder who’s trying to take down Kanata Lakes golf course.

Still waiting for Campeau to be extended, builder said 2015 originally and keeps passing blame back and forth with the city. House is average build quality, first decent wind storm resulted in siding being ripped off several units.

The sales reps at the sales centre in Kanata helpful at all! They pretty much ignored us while we were there and were hesitant to look our way when we did ask them questions. Put us off from buying Minto. We will go somewhere else.

The Minto new home warranty likes a joke. We have all the defect items on the list 30days, one year & second that Minto never & ever fixed. Please! Come over my house to rectify all items since brand new of Aug/2014.

Very nice Minto Office. The information representative Dawn was very helpful she gave a us lots of insights into buying with minto as well as in general getting a new home. She also explained features and other things that are necessary to get started and plan buying a new homes. the model homes are right next to the building and very well decorated.. They give good idea about space and features.
