Truly one of the best dispensaries in Ontario, and I've been in a few. Always amazing, always friendly, I genuinely always felt welcome. I would order EVERY WEEK from Calyx and I knew if I walked in there I would be taken care of very well all while nerding out about the most amazing plant together. Love it, both my husband and I constantly shop at Calyx, and won't go anywhere else.

I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is always kind and knowledgeable and always approach me as soon as I walk through the door. I go in monthly and I love the experience every time. I always learn something new and I appreciate the insight the staff have on their products.

Absolutely LOVE this store !!(Have not been to their new location as of yet, but I'm sure my experience will be just the same). Anytime we go, Patrick and his team are ALWAYS very helpful and very welcoming. The staff are knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions you have. 12/10 would recommend.

I’ve purchased great quail it’s cannabis and other related items at this shop. I only tend to go when I’m that end of town but regardless staff have always been super friendly and helpful in any way they can be. I’ve never had any problems at calyx + Trichomes and recommended giving their products a try.

Staff are extremely friendly and receptive. They know what they are talking about and always recommend quality strains at the price point you're looking at. Are always willing to answer questions. The environment of the store is fantastic as well, very open and inviting. Location is wonderful, it's always hard to stop myself from visiting once I'm done at Walmart.

Calyx + Trichomes is the best licensed establishment in Kingston. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate. They have the largest selection of stock, with a wide range and new product constantly coming in. All prices are tax included, and to top it off they price match competitors. This is where you want to go, support good local people and get some good product.

It’s not enough that this family run business has been part of Kingston since as long as I can remember; every time I go to the store, it’s like being welcomed back home. Everyone is so delighted to see you, and really makes you feel like they wanted to make your day better.This crew is agile and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are getting what’s right for you. If you have questions, make sure you ask; they have a ton of info to help.

I always enjoy my trips into Calyx, or the delivery drop offs when Covid had things locked down. Staff have always been friendly, personable and knowledgble, always surpassing my expectations with recommendations.Amazing selection of products, fast and friendly service, and you guys still manage the best prices.I have been a supporter since 420 Kingston and will continue to be. 5 stars isn't enough for the owners and their team. Keep up the great work
