Tap Roots
We have a rental property in North Vancouver and had always used a 1-800 type plumber. On the recommendation of a friend, we hired Tap Roots and were impressed. The pricing was better and we found the service to be about the same as we had gotten before. We got same-day service for a water heater repair and we were charged exactly what we were quoted. All in all, this was a good experience and we saved about $150 from what we were used to paying for a service call.

I have used Tap Roots for a couple rental properties with furnace and boiler issues and I have been pleasantly surprised by their service. Rather than try and sell me a new system like every other furnace repair company, they found a way to get my current system working again. Little details like that make a big difference to me. I’ll be a customer for life.

TapRoots is one of the best plumbers in Vancouver hands down. We have met a few of their team members over the years and we have yet to meet one that we didn’t get along with. Pricing is always upfront and competitive. We are lifelong customers for sure.

Our furnace called it quits this week, so we called the furnace repair guys at Tap Roots. The service was great and ended up costing less than expected. We recomend this HVAC Company to anyone in the Vancouver area.

Tap Roots
A big shout out to the guys at TapRoots for being there again when we needed you. Our toilet was leaking and essentially useless and we were tired of going all the way to the basement every day to use the facilities. It only took a couple hours and everything was fixed up proper. Hopefully, we will not have to call again, but if we do have to make a call for a 24 Hour Plumber it will be to TapRoots.

Tap Roots
Our toilet was clogged and we needed plumbers so we called this company. It was our first time using their plumbing service but we are happy with the results. It took about two hours for them to arrive and the plumber was friendly and clean. I would recommend these guys to anyone in Vancouver bc.
