Have been dealing with Poco building for many years. Helpful staff, but pricing has moved out of line with other lumber supply companies, sometimes worth shopping around if doing a bigger project.

Please teach your sales folks how to deal with customers over the phone. You have good reviews and I hope what I experienced today was just a fluke. You advertise Woodtone fiber cement siding on your website, you are the closest building supplier to me in Vancouver. I called today to place an order, the salesperson did not know what I was talking about, I had to explain to him what the Rustic collection was and what cement siding was, he proceeded to question why I have a phone number that is not from Canada and refused to give me a quote. I quote Why am I giving you a price if you don't have a Vancouver number." after I explained to him that I'm in Vancouver. These practices can be damaging to your business and reputation
