Very responsive and knowledgable! Called in about a battery replacement for my Macbook and Mohammed was able to answer any questions about my device. Replaced the battery in 1 day. I also called in about my drone and SD card a couple days later and his son was very willing to take a look at the problem and help me out. Overall, they care about clients and their needs; will do business with them in future.

Mohamed is great. He went above and beyond to fix my cellphone in a timely manner. We agreed on a certain amount for the repair and he was able to fix it for even less. Good guy. Highly recommend

They had some Fuji lenses listed on line. I looked at a used Viltrox lens for Fuji. Their price was higher than Amazon's price with delivery next day. Just watch their pricing. It was a used lens vs a new lens shipped by Amazon with their generous return policy. Third party seller does not matter, it carries Amazon's policies, its shipped by Amazon. It was pointed out that Amazon only had three, but its a reoccurring ad. And I only need one! To my surprise the store would not budge on price stating they would rather keep it they are in no hurry to do a transaction. I mean we are talking a lens for 370 from Amazon new vs Gold and Gadgets price of 395 used.

Our family has been going to Mohammad at Gadgets and Gold for computer related issues for almost 10 years and we have always found him to be reasonable in charges and generally very helpful. He takes the time to educate us on what’s wrong and how best he can fix it.Last week I went to see him because the hinge of my top of the line Asus Zenbook broke. The whole touch screen Was about to break into pieces. Mohammed didn’t have the specialized parts for its repair. But he said it’s a good i7 machine and rather than throwing it away I should try taking it to the Asus Service Center and see if they can do something about it. He gave me the Markham address of the company. I went there and the Asus guys were able to repair my laptop within a week. They actually replaced the hinge and the complete screen and did not charge me for it.If Mohammad had not advised, I would probably have ended up spending a lot of money buying a new laptop, when there was no need for it.I have no hesitation in recommending Mohammad and his business Gadgets and Gold to anyone. They deal in computers, mobile phones, electronics and accessories.

FAKE FAKE FAKEI went to this shop as my laptop stopped charging, firstly he charged me 17$ for nothing and then after examination he said he will charge 250$ + service fee as he found something sticky inside my laptop which destroyed my motherboard too. After few days I went to another shop, that guy did not even touched my laptop and his first step was to change my adapter as it was not CHARGING. And surprisingly it got fixed, as the problem was NOT in my laptop but in my charger and he did not even charge me any examination fee. THIS GADGET AND GOLD GUY IS A USELESS PERSON WHO JUST KNOW HOW TO FETCH MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS. DO NOT GO TO HIM!!!!!!!

tldr: overcharges.I went to get a public mobile SIM card. Called in the morning and they said to come in the afternoon - when I arrived, the technician wasn't there. I waited for 30 minutes. But the real problem was overcharging.In addition to charging a $10 SIM card, they also charged a $10 service fee. Phone companies generally DO NOT charge service fees (sometimes they'll even waive the SIM fee) - I specifically asked about the service fee, and he said Don't worry

The service here is amazing. Very friendly and super helpful. What I thought would cost me an arm and a leg for a diagnosis for my laptop and a repair was much cheaper than I thought. Went from a dead useless laptop to the gaming machine it was meant to be. Could not be happier with the fast service and fair honest pricing!

Excellent service. Anytime I have issues with my electronics the only place i can think of coming to is Gadgets and Gold. They are extremely professional, trustworthy, and helpful. I would highly recommend.
