Got a super quick and super cheap fix for a missing lace hook on my boots here. Took the man 20 seconds and it looks great. Seems like the guy has a lot of experience just in the way he carries himself, and he was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Will definitely come back here for more shoe repairs in the future, as it looked like they had a good supply of shoe polish and brushes.

Very poor repair work. My Burkenstock Bostons needed to be resoled. Didn’t have Burkenstock soles and used another brand. They peeled off after a three weeks of use. Very disappointed.

Den has repaired, polished and renewed many pairs of my shoes over the years. Top notch work. He also cuts keys that work the first time!Fan has expertly hemmed and repaired many garments for me. Friendly service. Return customer? That's me for sure!

I wore my favourite pair of sandals in the rain, and one ended up ripping because I didn't dry them properly.The owner explained exactly how he was going to take apart the strap and foot bed and reattach them with a piece of leather. The price was very reasonable compared to replacing them, so I agreed and it was fixed in less than 2 days! He even glued parts of the other sandal that were starting to fray at the edges.Because of the location of the rip, you can tell it's been repaired if you're looking very closely, but I can't see or feel a difference while I'm wearing them. The strap feels much stronger, and I will definitely come back if I have issues with other shoes in the future!

Brought in a pair of black ankle leather boots to have the heals restored. Was a bit surprised at the cost (you have to pay up front) but when I returned to pick the boots up, I concluded it was worth every penny. They did a fantastic job and I doubt I will ever have to restore the heals again. The boots came back looking brand new. Their work is of excellent quality and I am highly recommending this place for your shoe/boot repair needs.

Overpriced and takes two weeks to do a 10 minute job. $25 to repair the tip on a high heel!!

Very good workmanship and reasonable prices. I’ve taken my favorite Italian dress shoes that have lasted me almost 20 years (with proper care and polish) 3 times to get re-soled. They always do a great job. I recently took in my ankle high lace up winter boots that were taking too long to take off and on. I requested a zipper to be sewn in on the sides keeping the the laces intact for the look. They did a great job! They even gave me shoes to wear home when I dropped my boots off (not being prepared with a second pair of shoes to wear). I highly recommend!!

Had my work boots resoled here. They were worn down quite a bit and I wasn't sure if they could saved despite the upper being in good condition.We discussed which Vibram sole to put on and when they would be done.Getting them back I was impressed with the work done on them. He had added a filler layer to even out the corners I had worn down which was done well and blends into the boot. Overall the work was well done and worth the price.
