I love this clinic. Been twice here with walk-in. Yes, it's quite tricky to get an appointment (although, I was able to get one from the first attempt both times); yes, even with an appointment it might get some time to get seen, but... the nurses and doctors here are definitely willing to help, they are quite generous with their time, listen very carefully and provide you with the care you need. I really wish I lived in Pointe-Saint-Charles to be able to get a family doctor in this clinic, but, alas...

I have been here several times for bloodwork, and I’ve recently visited the walk-in clinic and the child/family clinic for help with my newborn. I have always received excellent care, short wait times, and friendly staff. So happy to have this clinic so close to home!

Great nurses, bad management.Hard to reach by phone, especially in the week-end. Then once you manage to book an appointment, there is often a short delay before your turn. However when you meet the nurse the service has been exceptional in my experience.

I called to make an appointment and was told walk-ins were on Thursday. They then told me to arrive between 7 and 7:30 to see a doctor, but they only open at 8. I waited with everyone in the freezing cold for 45 mins, only to be told upon entry that they were only taking 6 people today. SIX PEOPLE.I was number 7.What a waste of space and resources.

Easily scheduled a blood test by phone. In and out in 10 min on the day of appt (a Friday @ 9h00). Very friendly receptionists and nurse.

They have changed their format when it comes to calling. I've tried 3 times in a row to ask a simple question only to be given a number of options... 1 being to speak to the receptionist...to click 0 and when I click 0 that same messages tells me to click 0 and again and again until finally I hang up because no way am I getting connected to the receptionist ? SO the only way to get to speak to whoever you want to speak to is go there!

This is a community clinic that I would recommend to anyone.And for what it’s worth, I take these these reviews with a grain of salt. We are all human and when it comes to our health, our pain, and our families, we have a lot of self interest that prevents us from being objective. My family has used the clinic off and on since my children were babies. We have always been treated kindly, in a timely manner, given the constraints under which they operate.Giving them a 3 star review because of technical issues out of their control (usually 3rd party programs managed by an overworked and underpaid technician), is not what these reviews are for.Anyway, I’ll get off my soap box.

It's been impossible for me to get an appointment for the walk in clinic. I called the day before to make sure I was calling the right extension and the receptionist told me to use the menu options on the phone. I called the next morning and select all the right options and just get an error message saying it's not a valid extension. I eventually get to talk to someone and they tell me to try again with a totally different extension. I took the day off work in hopes I would see a doctor. I'm in pain and they can't even get their phone system working.

They treat scheduled phone consultations as suggestions. They have failed to call both times I scheduled an appointment. It took two hours of consistent calling before I could reach a nurse.
