I called to try and book an appointment and she answered in a mean tone saying yes". I asked if it was a salon and she hung up on me. I called back and she seemed annoyed that I was from out of town looking for a haircut. Terrible customer service. I'll just let my hair grow I guess. Geeeeeez"
