Gary and his team have been so amazing. They are extremely busy but that is because they care for their clientele's needs. They are extremely nice and easy going and if you aren't car savvy they will explain why the work needs to be completed as opposed to just this needs replacing. They are extremely knowledgeable and always a positive feeling environment. Cannot thank these guys enough for all their help when I had my caliber. They remember their clients and you aren't just another number. The mechanics are friendly as well and it's overall a wonderful place.

Friendly people, knowledgeable staff, was recommended to by a friend and no regrets. Many thanks to Claude who listened to me and provided additional information to my situation with my car. I had no cruise control and no HVAC system when I drove in to the service bay. Less than two hours later all is working.

honesty is a big deal our days and those guys are super honest went to canadian tire they told me i needed a new transmission estimate cost $ 3,500 . went the next day to best deal garage half hour later gill fix my problem , just clean a plug on transmission and it worked, well if it is not HONESTY i don t know what is .so you have the choice go to a big garage and pay for the name or go to BEST DEAL GARAGE ,and for peoples add bad experience with them tell yourself human makes mistake am i perfect.... keep up the good work guys

I went in yesterday because my car had gone in the ditch on Saturday and after getting it pulled out of the ditch and driving it back home it had a wobble in it. They looked at the car and said I need 4 new tires and the issues was just from the mud in the tires. After paying them for the new tires I started driving my car and noticed a strange humming. Then my car said it was running at reduced power. I had to pull over shut my car off wait 10 minutes turned it back on and got it back home. This experience has made me more Jaded towards garages and I don't trust them and will never go back there.
