Easily THE BEST kebab joint anywhere in the lower mainland. This place is always so busy with dine in and take out. Everything is top quality. This is one of the rare locations that make the bread in house fresh everyday and make it right in front of you. The best tasting naan I’ve had. The chicken breast is so soft and juicy and very flavourful. The beef is also incredible and perfectly cooked. I really like how everything is not overly spiced or salted and you’re just left with freshness. This is a family run place and all the owner greets everyone and has very close relationships with all his regulars. This is a must try place especially if you’ve never experienced this type of cuisine before.

I ordered through UberEATS and the order came full of taste still warm enough, the mixed Platter with beef and chicken is a great choice, you will love the authentic flavors and condiments they use.It is well priced and you get a big plate to make you feel full all day.

Excellent food; chicken, beef, it's all delicious and plenty for portion size. Had picked up takeout, the front cashier was very friendly and welcoming.Thank you for a great meal. I will be back.

Me and my wife went for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. This is one of the best kebab we have eaten in Canada.We ordered chicken and beef plates, both were delicious. Freshly cooked and really tender meat. Rice was also nice good quality basmati.The service was quick inspite of the amount of takeaway orders and the people waiting for their food.Parking was a challenge as the space is limited with the amount of footfall at the place.

True taste of Persian Kabob.It’s a cozy and clean restaurant. The service is fast and nice.We visited the restaurant in Persian new year time, so there was a Sofreh Haft Seen on display which was nice. We also noted there were some posters providing info about Iranian activists which we believe were respectful. Totally recommend.

I have been looking for a good kebab and finally found one near my place. Good food but lacks customer service. Surprisingly, they never offered anything to drink but expect you to buy soda etc. parking is a bit tight.

Generous protions with pre-covid prices! Takes American Express as well! The food was quite delicious, the kebabs both the chicken and beef were done exceptionally well, soft and tender enough to be eaten via spoon. The rice and salad was good. They also serve a variety of drinks including traditonal yogurt drinks. Would recommend as a stop if you're in the area!

Food was delicious. Service was great. Staff and owner are very friendly just the perfect way to operate a cosy neighbourhood kebob shop. Just from visiting the first time It is obvious that they have their own loyal customer base.
