Canceled my services and contacted them 3 times...waiting for my refund since July and still waiting on a call back from them. Horrible service yet they're quick to withdraw my payments each month. Why am I still paying for services for a house that I no longer own? Definitely won't be recommending them to my family and friends.

Foxsecur not only installed a state of the art service but the young man, Steven, helping me out also fixed a squeaky door at no additional cost when he noticed it on the way into the establishment. I've already spread the word around to other local businesses and will happily call them back for further service as needed.

I had a fantastic experience with FoxSecur.Starting with Stan who provided an amazing customer service explaining in detail the nature of the work and doing an after service follow up.Steven who did the installation was professional and courteous.I highly recommend FoxSecur.

Unprofessional company. They come to your house to cut your wires and remove your doorbells when your not home, without notifying anyone! Just because we didn't renew with them before end of contract! Horrible....

I met Steven Machalani for the first time.His service was wonderful. He was very informative, and did it with patience. He took the time to explain all the features and how to activate my alarm system. He helped me activate my phone to connect with the alarm system. All this with the upmost patience.I'm a very satisfied customer!!I recommend Fox Secure!!Pina
