Thanks to the 3 brothers, Mat, Sam and Jo who renovated my bathroom just finished today and had to say , they really did a good job. They are approachable and easy to talk to, whatever customers wants, is their priority. I am highly recommending them to my friends and family as well. I dealt with Matt and Sam, to complete backsplash and floors in my kitchen (October) plus a full basement reno (including floors, drywall, electrical/lights, adding a room, moving a wall, bathroom reno) - this full basement reno was to be done from Jan 3-31 (which they fit me in prior to another job, no long wait!) I was pregnant and due with my baby by Jan 18. They were always on time, communicative, provided options and opinions, completed the project by Jan 18 and on budget. In terms of price, I would say they were reasonable for the work and reliability plus the market right now.Honest, reliable and super friendly. I would recommend to anyone and will be using again in the future if needed!

Our experience with the Brothers was fantastic! Matt, Joe and Sam showed up every day on time and ready to work hard. They finished the job ahead of schedule and we were very satisfied with the outcome! They renovated two bathrooms and a master closet for us and we couldn't be happier with the results!

Brothers 3 just finished our basement Reno, our 3rd project with them. We were so happy with our kitchen/main floor Reno, we wanted to be able to carry the new flooring down the stairs and into the basement. What a transformation! From old, dull, and dingy to gorgeous. I love the new feature wall and the laundry area looks fantastic with a new clean ceiling and pipes hanging down. Can’t believe it’s my house. Thank you Sam, Matt, and Joe!!

Matt, Sam, Joe, and their team did a full renovation of our basement and installed flooring in our bedroom in the main floor. They showed up on time every morning, and got the work done in the expected amount of time. They did the work with high quality and went above and beyond to accommodate all our requirements. They gave us fair quotes and made sure we understood all changes made to the original plan before they were made. They made sure to leave the place clean and tidy after they left. Matt is very responsive as well in terms of answering phone calls. All the team members are pleasant, honest, work and deal with the customer with high professionalism. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely recommend them and use their services for any future jobs in our house.

In early 2022, we decided that our ensuite bathroom required updating. Friends and neighbours who recently under went similar renovations recommended several reputable larger companies in London. Our frustrations quickly grew with delays due to missed calls and appointments, vague documentation of quotes and a general lack of professional organization that our renovation would be completed to our satisfaction. After several months of disappointments and failed promises, we gave up before any work was started.Recently, another neighbour had some renovations completed by 3 Brothers Construction. They had been referred by another friend and came highly recommended for their skills, professionalism and work ethic. We reached out and within 24 hours Matt arranged a timely appointment with us to discuss our plans and ideas. By the following week we had finalized the plans for our renovation and provided with a detailed quote of requirements, time lines and costs, all of which we found were more than fair and reasonable.Due to a gap in scheduling, Matt, Sam and Joe were able to begin the following week. They worked tirelessly for the next 2 weeks completing our beautiful new ensuite renovation. The brothers responded VERY quickly by phone or text to arrange schedules, selection of materials and answer any questions. Matt, Sam and Joe, and assisting colleagues, were all extremely professional, polite, and very pleasant to work with. They displayed an overall work ethic we haven’t seen in decades. A couple of unexpected issues were rectified forthwith and the job site was always left as tidy and clean as possible.We have no hesitation in recommending Matt, Sam and Joe and we plan to keep them on speed dial for any future projects. Matt, Sam, Joe, and team undertook our reno this summer. They did the floors on our main floor, did the powder room, and our kitchen.
