This place is a gem. The food is great, and offers an authentic taste of Portuguese cuisine. I ordered chicken, rice and potatoes, and look forward to trying out the rest of the menu on future visits.

First time and NOT disappointed!! Ordered the chicken/rice/potatoes as well as the Cod Fish….Amazing! Flavour was remarkable and reminiscent of portugal…very authentic!Definitely best chicken in KW!

Very lovely new restaurant in Kitchener. The owner takes a lot of pride in her food and always makes sure that it is delicious and looks great. I’ve tried the favas and ribs, filet of fish and the grilled octopus and everything was phenomenal. Expect about 20 dollars per dish but the portions are large, very large. I can’t wait to go back and enjoy more.

First time and I am so happy we went. Owners are extremely friendly and very welcoming. Food was outstanding. We got the chicken, potatoes, rice, and dessert for the family for supper tonight. If you have not tried, please try. I am a big fan of Portuguese food and this was awesome. Thank you for your hospitality.

I recently found Churrasqueira Madeira on social media after searching for Portuguese food in the area. The moment i found out you guys opened, I went straight from work to pick up some chicken, potatoes, rice and cod fish. This place is great! Great location, set up, staff and especially great food! Will definitely be ordering more food from them in the near future!Highly recommend everyone check them out!

Restaurant Review: Delightful BitesI recently had the pleasure of buying lunch and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles from the staff, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant's contemporary decor and cozy ambiance further enhanced the dining experience. The Portuguese cuisine was amazing and the menu didn’t disappoint. Highly recommended for any occasion!

Really tiny place. Did not have a great experience unfortunately. I live near by and was hopeful. Was pricey for the quantity given. Was on the dry side, (maybe because it was late or what was left over.) Or the electric elment they cook on. Service... the young lady didn't really know how to explain.
