Exhilarating ride and there’s not a dry seat in the house! Recommend the ride to those that can’t white water raft. No need to take pictures as their cameras pretty much capture the essence of the ride. Sit away from the middle pole or else you’ll be hidden behind the pole in the video. Front three rows are the best in terms of the video and pictures but be ready to be drenched! They provide Velcro pockets to keep things dry and flying off. Bring towel and change of clothes in the car. We wore water socks and glad we did.

Friendly staff, clean facility and good family fun. Sat in last back row of seats on blue, with two under 10. They were initially uneasy but were happy to have gone. Got wet (head to toe, over time) but it wasn't as bad as the front passengers got it ;-)Free storage lockers and ponchos available, change of clothes would be ideal. Alternatively light breathable or wick away clothes that dry quick in sun.Required to have foot wear, best would be water shoes, sandals or sneakers that dry quickly. Socks will get soaked and foot wear too.

Very nice tour with great views. The last tour of the day was about to leave so they quickly got us in but didn’t give us raincoat saying we were already late whereas it might take only 30 sec to wear. We were completely soaked. The raincoat might have helped 30% to keep us dry. Otherwise overall a good experience!

The boat trip was awesome and I gave 50$ tip to boat crew but I will give very less rating to the the digital content sold there. I paid for video and pictures and I just got access to pictures and after reaching to there help centre which was too much sluggish to reply back. Plz don’t not buy digital photo content instead do it urself

We had so much fun! My husband was scared to do it at first but reluctantly booked it since i wanted to do it so badly. Captain John is phenomenal, talk about skill! Jack was incredible too and provided a ton of cool history during the tour! Highly recommend this to everyone!!

The activities didn't seem like much at first.But it turned out to be one of the most satisfying activities in Niagara.Definitely try the jetboat ride, but only in the summer...

The ride was very thrilling and our captain and guide did a very great job... They are charging a very high rate for photos they took and they even put it as advertisements. I wanna give 5 star for the experience I got but when I think about the extra charges for our picture I cannot.

Terrific fun. Alexis and captain john were great. Wonderful experience for all ages highly recommend this ride through the white water rapids of the Niagara River
