WOW! Cannot say enough nice things about these guys, Had a home inspection tomorrow and of course the fireplace doesn't turn on. Trent was able to squeeze me in first thing this morning and had the problem diagnosed and fixed before I could blink.I have worked with alot of repairmen and I have to rate Trent as one of the best I have dealt with. I highly recommend this company!

Needed to get the fireplace cleaned and a quick tune up due to some issues experienced over the holidays. Left a message for a call back which was received the same day. Appointment was scheduled within 6 days of the original call. On the day of the appointment Trent called to inform that he was able to come earlier than scheduled appointment. The fireplace was cleaned and throughly checked including the on-off switch to ensure that everything was working well. Inside was vacuumed and cleaned, Back area was touched up and the glass was cleaned. Trent also added in new embers and replaced all logs in the correct location. Area was completely cleaned and vacuumed after work was completed. Overall the fireplace looks brand new again.While Trent was here we also inquired about adding in a fan/blower. He said it was possible and the price installed was extremely affordable. He happened to have one in the truck so we also went ahead with this. What a difference this has mad in moving the air around.Would definitely recommend Trent and Elements Gas Fireplace Service to anyone. Extremely professional, friendly and knowledgable.

Dealing with Trent was amazing. He was honest, very knowledgeable and when he came out he was efficient, clean fast, fairly priced and really nice. Another fireplace service company came out and told us the fireplace could not be repaired as it was too old, and the parts extinct. Trent found the parts, replaced them and then told me it was a great fireplace. Wow! Honesty must be rewarded...go with him and I feel you won’t be disappointed. He’s our go-to from now on!

I called on January 1, 2018 because my gas fireplace hadn't been working the past couple of days. I wasn't expecting a call back until the following day, but Trent called me back a couple of hours later. After trouble shooting my issue over the phone, Trent advised he figured he knew what the issue was and to wait a couple of days to see if it started working again. Well it did! Trent could have easily gouged me for a service call, but clearly has integrity and didn't. I would certainly recommend this company to family and friends or anyone wanting an honest company to deal with.

Elements responded to an email inquiry in less than 24 hours regarding our fireplace repair. Trent scheduled an appointment quickly and gave me a window of when to expect him. He arrived early and was complete in less than a half an a hour. He explained everything he did to get our fireplace up and running. It was a pleasure to work with him.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Elements- Trent is very professional and very knowledgeable. I had a fireplace that was on it's last legs, Trent restored it back to new and works like a charm.
