Person seemed knowledgeable. Asked for I for on iPhone 14s. Gave it to me. Ask for other rate plans said I could find them on line. I said but I am here now. It took some convincing but I did get information. I left without buying and felt like I was not important. That they just wanted the next person. I was set to buy a iPhone 14 and a iPhone 12. But in the end left without purchasing. I makes me feel like income is commissioned based and that they only wanted quick sales.

Great service, I want to thank Amy for her patience and great customer service in handling my switch from PC Mobile to Virgin Mobile. It was a lengthy process and she showed great persistence and great customer service to me and others around her while I was there. She is an amazing asset to your company!!! The staff personwas friendly, competent and efficiently took care of my needs. Her customer service skills are impeccable. While taking care of my needs, she was cognizent of other clients waiting and acknowledged each one. I highly recommend the kiosk located inside Costco.

So this review is a little overdue but better late than never right? Both my mom & I recently decided to purchase new cell phones & set-up mobility services through Wireless Etc...absolutely exceptional customer service. Huge shoutout to sales rep Marc B & Jordan (JP) who took the time to answer our many questions during a very busy promotional period & made for a smooth & seamless setup & data transfer. Honestly, the entire team are amazing. If you're on the hunt for a new mobility provider, I highly recommend this company!

Tiffany was AMAZING! Answered all of our questions and more and would not hesitate to go she her again! Mark was also Awesome guy! They are Very good at what they do and they took care of customers very fast and efficient! The atmosphere was very lighthearted and lots of smiles every where! Customers and staff!
