Great business that I recommend to anyone that wants to transition to cloud systems and then have them maintained by a professional, honest company. You need these guys to keep your systems going because the support from the cloud software providers is usually pretty weak. Its also useful to have professionals studying the marketplace for newer, better solutions. Highly recommend!

I had a very poor experience with this company, and had to open multiple tickets to try to receive an adequate response to my requests, and to answer my questions and concerns about the way they manage their internal data. I chose to close my long-standing account with them in good standing and on neutral terms, but I really would not recommend their services.Also, some of the ratings here (including the one from F- J-) are from company employees, and others from associates of the company. I wouldn’t trust those either.Edit: I don’t know why this review response is about the vendors Microsoft and Google, or why old clients are being asked to include the old ticket numbers in reviews on here, especially when the accounts are already closed.

Business Cloud revamped my entire IT platform and I couldn't be happier. They analyzed my needs and their recommendations have contributed to streamlining my business. In addition, the support they provide is second to none. Problems are addressed immediately, 7 days a week, and there is always follow up to ensure the wrinkles are ironed out. Entrusting my IT needs with Business Cloud was an excellent decision!
