Dave and Nikita were awesome. The guys at Bullet repaired a fruit fly sized chip in windshield that a franchised auto glass place said couldn't be done because it was on drivers side in the field of vision and was told that the windshield had to be replaced at a cost of $200, the ICBC deductible.The guys at Bullet repaired it in less than 15 minutes at zero cost to me, as they had it pre-approved through ICBC. Best of all, cannot even see where the rock chip was. Highly recommend these guys!

I called them in the morning after my car was vandalized the night before and I had a new window in by lunchtime. They offered to drive me me home instead of waiting, but I opted to wait and work and he brought me a coffee while waiting. All the glass was vacuumed up and the new window looks great. It only took an hour or so. I called another shop in the morning before calling Bullet and they said they wouldn't have a new window in until 3-4 weeks from that day (!).

Really great service. They got me in the next morning when I called to inquire about having my windshield replaced due to a rock chip that turned into a crack. Only took a few hours once they had my car and I had it back by that afternoon. Highly recommend!

Rather than spending a lot of money replacing a leaky sunroof that I don't use, they suggested they could simply seal the leaks for me, saving me a lot of money. My windshield was replaced as well, and was trouble free and we'll done (they needed to grind the surface rust first on my old 4runner). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this local business to anyone. Thanks guys!!

Very friendly and accommodating. I called in the morning and had an appointment set up for the afternoon. They suggested doing the replacement in the shop so they could be sure to get the side window glass vacuumed up completely, though they were still willing to come out. They even offered a ride so I wouldn't need to wait. Highly recommended.

Called this shop in Maple Ridge, they ordered a hard to get window, installed it and I was happy to hand my cash over for a great job well done. Very friendly professional and outstanding service which was awesome. Big shout out to James and his crew
