Terrible service will try to scam you, as done with me. Offered 1/4 of the price, or 1/3 if you want to buy something. but instead I was offered 1/5th of the price that he matched with a cheaper model and not even the right brand and at the end wasted my time needed to travel hours to get there. so he finished by saying he wouldn't take it because i didn't want to buy it... when he said and confirmed by phone that he would take it. DO NOT GO HERE 0/10 HE JUST WANTS TO MAKE MONEY AND SCREW YOU OVER AS WELL ALL HE WANTS IS FOR YOU TO COME IN STORE AND BUY SOMETHING. to finish he is a pure breed jerk and will legit try to low ball anything you try and sell. if you want to sell look up your stuff and show him it don't let him do it because he is bsing

As Mike Finkelstein mentioned in his post, stay away from this people. They mask their business under the marketplace environment and when you call them is a pawn shop and they will charge you with taxes at the top of the price they ask for. Save your trip to Valleyfield to avoid unpleasant surprises.

Went there for my first time to buy old ps2 games was alot and in good shape most...I had alot and she was able do me a deal at least three times to I came to a price I could afford lol..might go back get the games I didn't or something else was alot of stuff I'm there and I'm good shape ...not like eds in chatugay lol

We bought an item , drove all the way from Montreal to pick it up and were told they had no record of us having bought it and we needed to show a receipt. I didn't have one as i bought it on FB marketplace and no one instructed me to bring a receipt. I've bought many things on FB marketplace and never had to do this. After much insisting, the guy finally went to check the item and the receipt was on it. He was rude and unhelpful.

The prices they list for used and abused items on facebook just kill me. How is this store even in business?

These guys have been advertising items on Facebook marketplace and you think that you are buying from an individual but when you agree, you get told that you need to pay tax. I really didn't like the feeling of this place. Stay away.

Amazing services and great staff and one of the girls melina is always smiling and gives good service to the people and is really charming and so is the staff. Great people and great prices. Definitely would return and i tell all my family and friends to go there for the great service.
