Great service and fantastic selection. I could not be happier with the quality and look of the solid hardwood I purchased from there. Don't bother with Home Depot and Lowes when you're looking to make your home shine. This place soars above them for selection, service and value.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable; upfront with costs, the installers replaced the hardwood on the second floor, were professional, and did a great job. They were considerate and cleaned up the area before they left. I would recommend Fairmont for any flooring needs.

We decided to get laminate flooring for our new basement and vinyl flooring for the new basement bathroom. We went everywhere (and I mean EVERYWHERE) but couldn't find what suited our taste.Then, while ordering the sink, vanity and mirror from next door, we thought we'd drop by Fairmont Flooring. And, we're glad we did. Al made no hesitation showing us what fit our budget and aesthetics.Sam was prompt with responses to our emails and the staff were helpful with our questions re: back orders. Good job guys and welcome to the neighbourhood. :)

I was told l could return any unopened boxes of flooring they refused to honour it. They said it was commercial grade which it wasn’t. They were incorrect about the thickness of the vinyl. They said it was made in Canada which it wasn’t. I guess the jokes on me..

We had excellent experience with Fairmont flooring buying and installing quartz countertops and backsplash for our kitchen in April. Al was really helpful with getting us countertop material that we wanted as well as with arranging installation that was coordinated with kitchen renovation schedule. He went extra mile to make sure that it was done within agreed time frame. Quality of installation was excellent. Pricing was really good.Strongly recommended.

I am delighted to have walked in to Fairmont flooring were Al, the store owner who is super knowledgeable, was able assist with my flooring needs. He had given me invaluable advice on how to proceed with replacing the old carpet on my 2nd floor and stairs with new hardwood flooring. I have to say that the selection of flooring is huge so you'll definitely find what you are looking for. And after looking at other local flooring stores as well as home depot, Lowes, etc., I found that Fairmont's prices were also very competitive and fairly priced. Al was also able to arrange for installers to come in and do top notch install in a timely manner.In short, don't go anywhere else and waste your time, this is the place to go. I highly recommend Fairmont flooring!
