Everyone has been amazing here. The staff are all very friendly! My dog, Winston, absolutely dislikes going to the groomers but they are so patient and caring with him that I never worry about him when he is there! I recommend this place to anyone who is considering going.

We just moved to Ottawa and drop our dog Charlie, he was not adapting well to the big change. I took him here to get cleaned up as a walk in, the staff was amazing and even gave him a bath and cleaned him up. After being here he is like a new dog so happy and content. I owe them a lot for making my dog feel better.

My dog Remy is a very anxious dog and doesn’t allow many people to touch his face or paws. It’s usually a nightmare trying to find him the right groomer. Jenny is very sweet and takes extra special care of him whenever he is in for his routine grooming. Cannot thank her enough! I always appreciate the text updates and photos/videos of Remy whenever he’s getting groomed.Also wanted to say thank you to Kayla and Amy for always being so nice and welcoming whenever we walk through the doors :)

Excellent staff, spacious location so dogs aren't on top of each other. Bella is always groomed perfectly and happy to visit there. Very reasonable prices as well for their great work!

We have a nearly 6 year old terrier mix we rescued last year. She's super nervous around strangers and anxious so we took her for some walk in services before sending her for a full groom. The wall in services went well so she went for a full groom and it couldn't have gone better. Everything we've had done has been excellent and well communicated. Kayla was wonderful with our Suzie and was super knowledgeable for us as very clueless dog owners. Will definitely be back, my pup is happy and looks adorable!Update a year later: continuously fantastic service! Kayla is just fanatic with Suzie and I am never disappointed with her groom. I wouldn't dream of using anyone else. If we move out of the neighborhood, we'll make the trip to keep her and if Kayla moves her services I'll gladly follow. She really does care for the animals she grooms and it shows in every groom appointment. The photos are my pup before and after her spring groom with a full winter coat. I am very happy with the service!

Our dog is old and Kayla is so kind and patient with him. He is an aging Samoyed who needs a lot of grooming and he comes home happy and beautiful every time. Thank you Kayla for taking care of our senior citizen so we'll and making him look magnificent
