We have been waiting in line for over fifteen minutes... After fifteen minutes another employee finally came to help, neither we wearing masks... Both had them down and hanging off one ear... Real useful... And even while writing this, the second employee left... There's a line up of several other people waiting while the red head at the till struggles slowly making small chat.... Such a disaster

Went in with a few things in mind to purchase. Their website showed a few items that were desirable to me were on sale. Was greeted and asked if I needed any help. Even accommodated me when needing to try something on for size. Great staff. Sent corporate an email, hopefully the store sees it.

Service was great on my original visit. Didn't have enough stock in my size to let me get in on any of the deals.When I went to return they wouldn't because of the big sale they were having. They wanted to offer the best customer service. Explain how having 5 people in the store, two being CSR's and one being me impedes good customer service to take the time to do one return? Now I need to go back 4 days from now which is garbage. I will be returning everything now.

Staff here was great! They always checked up on me and helped me get a fitting room started so I didn't have to carry all my items while I browsed. They have a great selection of clearance items and I bought a matching swimsuit set for really cheap that I came back the next day and bought another one! I'm not a fan of their bra's just because I feel they dont fit me the way I want them to specifically, but we all have different bodies so maybe they work for other women. I mostly purchase pajamas and loungewear but its nice I discovered their swimwear fits me well

If I could’ve given zero stars I would have! Bought an adhesive bra after discussing my concern about the adhesive not working in hot weather with multiple store associates. I should’ve stuck with my gut and ignored their “professional advice” - the bra didn’t stick. No returns due to the personal nature of the bra - so now I have paid $32 for a bra that I couldn’t wear when I needed to and have no use for. Customer service is a joke. Avoid purchasing anything from La Vie en Rose. What a colossal waste of time, money and energy!

Bad serviceI’ve shopped in this store for 3 times, the last one was today and this is my the last one for sure.Employees is unwelcome and unhappy, not really wants reply to the questions. Haven’t informed me about exchanging/return policy, which is got me to very unpleasant situation when I came back for exchange.Check out is super slow even if it’s only one customer before you.From those 3 times , only ones I met a very nice employee in the fitting room , who was tried to help and were nice to me, that’s why 2 stars from me and not one.

When I attempted to exchange my mother's gift for a smaller size I was told that the Christmas present couldn't be exchanged until after the 29th as that's their policy. Given I only have until Jan 9th to exchange and I work this wasn't very convenient to have to return 2 days later. This policy is not on the website in fact they call it a no hassle return. When I called to get the name of the boss, the store manager hung up on me twice. I have been a loyal customer I always find a company's test is how they treat you after they get your money.

Great customer service!! The employee named karen was extremely polite and helpful. She helped me adjust the bras I was trying on, brought me a change of size, different colours, etc. and was very respectful throughout the entire process! I’m very happy with the items she helped me pick out and I’ll definitely be coming back :)
