Window and Door Specialist

Rob came to our house when we asked to replace our windows. We especially asked him if we could put our custom made shades back on and he said yes. The new windows came much smaller, 1.5 inch shorter on each side. Now we have newly renovated master bath room ensuites but can't use because we don't have shades. Kian came over, didn't resolve anything, just had Rob called me and I'm sorry. That's it.On the up side, we do feel the room is much warmer. So will update to 3 stars

My window replacement project (brick to brick) for the whole house worked smoothly, from the beginning of price estimation to the final installation. It's much attributable to their professional team work for detailed planning and close monitoring. The installer also deserves a credit for his superb workmanship. I have also been to their showroom where I could see the windows before making my decision.

All our 23 windows were replaced with great quality thin frame Heritage brand windows as well as our front door and patio door. I had 3 bay windows replaced with triple glazed units in my bathroom reno. Kian was very helpful in recommending that the large unit be one piece and to make one of the smaller windows operable. He also let me know that there is a government rebate and who to contact in that regard. Pricing and workmanship was very good.

I used these guys previously and was very happy in my old house while I also recommended them to others, so when I moved I hired them again to do some of my windows in the new houseI was surprised to see new names and faces and I was told the ownership was changed. Long story short i decided to use them againThe work was not that great and they were over priced by almost double saying that they have the experience but I realized that the installers and the crew were all newThey broke one of the windows on install, they made a mistake on replacements , some windows had glue on themI hired a different company this time and they used the same windows but half the priceI did not have a great experience the second time around, but the first time I was really happy
