We where finishing our basemnt. Mike provided me with a quote for my basement plumbing. Out of 4 quotes they where the most reasonably priced. Work was completed on time and I can say 3 month later that the quality of work was great. Throughout the process everything was cleaned up on daily bases. I would recomend Drain Rooter Plumbing. I had kitchen sink clogged. I called this company and asked for Mike. He showed up on time as per schedule. I am really impressed, the way he unclogged the drain and replaced the piping under the kitchen sink causing the water leakage. He gave me very reasonable price and fixed everything in an hour and half. I strongly recommend him to everyone needs to get plumbing jobs. He is very professional and knowledgeable.

I called Mike in desperate need for help with blocked drain and two sinks overflowing. It happened to be his birthday but he changed his plans and came to fix the problem. The quality of the service is top-notch. Mike is very clean, five-star professional, very polite, well organized and trustworthy. I am really fortunate to find him on advice of my husband who dealt with Mike before. The cost is very reasonable and the quality is outstanding. Mike did an amazing job of clearing our clogged drains of grease and roots. He installed a new toilet and repaired some decaying laundry drainage before it flooded our house. He came 4 straight days at Christmas and put in the extra effort to make sure our house would be draining properly for years to come! Couldn't recommend him more!

Mike did a fantastic job at my mother's house (she's 96). Fixed plumbing in kitchen & bathroom, the dishwasher is flowing again, bathtub drains & new taps are working perfectly. It was an expensive job, but Mike spent 3 or 4 hours on a Sunday and another 4 hours on Wednesday fixing and replacing old pipes some of which were 70 years old. I would recommend Drain Rooter and especially in an emergency. His work spaces were cleaned up, and left organized, so it was easy to put everything back where it was. he was polite, answered all the questions we had, and proceeded to fix it all.

Tried repairing my kitchen sink drain on my own but uncovered more problems as I progressed. Mike was at my door within an hour of calling him and was able to perform the repair within the next hour. He also tested the sink multiple times and did not leave until he ensured I tested it out myself and that I was satisfied with his work.I'll definitely call on Mike for my future plumbing issues and would recommend him to anyone in the area!
