RBC Royal Bank

Very disappointed in the very unprofessional cuscusto service o received from the teller today! Wont ever be going back to that location and will close all my accounts and move to a different bank, very unfortunate and such a pain to switch banks.

Never had any problem with RBC bank in other branches. Visited this branch 30 minutes before closing time and the teller asked me to come tomorrow because they were about to close even when 30 minutes were remaining. Expected more professional service from a branch in prime location.

Although the staff is generally kind (with the exception of a few), the wait times are deplorable. The business line is closed sporadically throughout the day (for long periods) and there are never enough regular tellers to compensate. There is also a very high turn over for employees so it feels very impersonal.

This is the worst bank in Canada hands down... So many issues with this bank. The employees are always very pleasant but the service from the bank itself is awful... I am always having problems with them... I will be closing my account asap.... Unless they can't do that for me too ...

I deposited my son's piggy bank money that were in rolls of 1$ & 2$, I also had quarters, nickles and dimes that me and the male banker rolled up on the spot. I just checked today that only 45.20 was deposited. I should have nearly 300,-330$$. I was driven over to this Sudbury location by a friend while shopping in the city. And i tried calling and get service over the phone not by this location but some call service branch. Told to go back to this branch and dispute it. I dont have the luxury to drive there. Like how can that mistake be made and not have my loonies and toonies dismissed like that. Photo: There in the bag behind the bills filled with more loonies and toonies.

Where I do most of my banking, great people and a clean establishment! Highly recommended!

Made appointment and associate was 40 minutes late to see me. Then had to call to get answers for me. This took 20 minutes and I left feeling I wasted an hour of time. I left without any solution to my situation

I have never had a problem with the royal bank, I am a client of 30 years, although we purchased insurance on our mortgage, I became very ill and the bank will not pay, very insulting and dissapointing, Canada life is being caring , but the royal could not care less, the richest bank in Canada and will not honor they're insurance policies

Friendly service and expertise goes a long way to customer satisfaction.

Not my local branch but I just love the ATM drive-thru.
