Am unable to set up my online banking application such a worst service I have ever seen.While calling on the customer service number they put hold on 45 minutes and after the call gets disconnected.WORST APPLiCATIONEven though employees of this bank can’t help out in this because that’s not their department.And a customer like me who faces problems while signing in how can I transfer the money and how can I monitor my transactions.They should get the training in this case as well.

Long gone are the days of just calling your local branch. You’re now required to call a call centre to speak with anyone. Wait times more than 20 minutes. I just have one question I’ve been trying to get an answer to for a couple of days. So trash
