I first visited Springdale Chiropractic Centre a couple of years ago because of recurring back pain. I was in extreme pain, and Dr. John Bastone was able to squeeze me in the same day I called for an assessment and my first adjustment. After several rapid appointments I was returning to my old self and now I visit on a regular basis for follow-up adjustments. I feel so much better with no major set backs since visiting. Dr. John is very accommodating in meeting my scheduling needs, the office is very clean, and service is great.

I recommended Dr John Bastone to my boyfriend as he had severe back pain and he felt better just after 2-3 visits and he forced me to just visit him once as i myself had neck pains and i’d say i am not at all disappointed. John is a great listener and a fantastic Chiro. I tell him he gets blessings from all over. I think everyone should go see him as he corrects your body posture and relieves you from all the pain.
