Asked for a quote for a new A/C last summer and they went ahead and serviced the broken one without permission and it still didn't work and keep sending us bills for parts they installed and demand we remove the part or pay for it. Very difficult to communicate with and ended up putting us into collections which we have to pay.

We've used Darke Heating since moving to Colborne in 2009. They are knowledgeable, dependable and we like that they are local. We always had furnace cleanings when we used oil and when we transitioned to propane, their guidance and recommendations were great.

Our electric furnace had a short circuit and melted wires and a part. They came same day on a Sunday and had us up and running in just an hour. The bill was very reasonable and we would not hesitate to call them next time we have an HVAC problem.
