They traumatized our dog, stabbed him 6 times in one leg trying to find the vein, used a sedative the file had doctors orders not to use, do not visit this location or the Bolton location North Point Vet - same ownership, they do not uphold their consent form support promises in the event of an emergency, we were left with a $4000 ER bill to pay because of their actions and not knowing how to handle a dog without sedation. Our new vet and their team handle him so carefully and he NEVER gets sedated and blood is drawn with 1 attempt with us present in the room! You don't have to let your pet run into the same crisis that we did!

I have had the best experience with Dr Kauldhar and his team at this clinic.He investigated every possible cause for my Pet's illness and was very quick to help. He explained everything in great detail and was patient with my questions which calmed me as I was very anxious. Would definitely recommend!! Keep up the good work!!

I brought my dog(less than 2 years) in yesterday for a check up because he was feeling sick and they tried to scam me into doing Xrays, bloodwork and unnecessary things. After I refused them they prescribed him 3 medications worth $300 and the dosage is very high to the point he just lays on the floor unable to move. Always looking for ways to make money off a sick animal.

Staff was very nice and quick for an appointment. When an issue occurred, Dr Singh was very forward in trying to help make things right. He took extremely good care & was very honest to me about my cat’s situation. They have good facilities & handle all the pets with love & care. Surely one of the best vet hospitals in city with a professional staff. Special thanks to Dr Puneet Singh.

PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE!! THEY WILL KILL THEM!!! I had a 2 month old kitten brought in to have his eye infection checked. They ended up pressuring me into getting a snap test on him and deworming. Right after he came out of the room when they were done he was very limp. The assistant picked him up and he fell back over. After asking if my kitten was okay, she said it was fine and would pass. Within 5 hours, he was rushed to emergency where he died minutes later in my arms. Not once did ANYONE tell me the symptoms, and possible allergic reactions. He was twitching and struggling to breathe, he was in excruciating pain. After being taken to emergency they said it seemed like head trauma, overdosed, or allergic. He was a very healthy kitten with no other underlying issues. Today I called the place and I asked to speak to Dr. Puneetpal Singh. Over and over again i was being denied and told he was in surgery. After countless times of calling i was told the manager would call me. the manager is a liar. They told me they didnt do a snap test on him when i was CLEARLY charged $99 for one. She stated he had only had a deworming done, which is untrue. This is an awful hospital that deserves to be shut down, they’re only in it for money and ask for bad reviews to be taken down because they can’t handle the truth. I am now $350+ short and lost my baby kitten right after mothers day. These are awful people. All of them. Do not trust them with your fur babies unless you want to end up with your pet dead and you traumatized.

I had a wonderful experience bringing my dog here. Dr. Singh took time and discussed with me the different types of assessments and treatments available. He took her symptoms very seriously and gave us a game plan to follow and prescriptions to take home. He asked me each step of the way if i’m comfortable spending the money on certain things. Jimmy is doing good after the visit.

Hwy 401 warden pet hospital has Amazingly, compassionate doctors and staff who treat you like family. They provided exceptional care to my sick pet. Gabriela Martinez is a very skilled vet. technician and a wonderful human being.

When you walk in, it’s small and crowed with royalty canine pet food lining the left side of the wall. Doors to the waiting room is falling off. I didn’t feel like the vet or the manager is knowledgeable. They kept pushing the pet food on me saying it’s the best there is and the manager said I can only get it online and from them. She said she has been to the factory and saw how the food is made ( great but I’m not there for food). Maybe they need to concentrate on their pet clients instead of pushing food and unnecessary things they claim my pet needs. I feel like all the 5 stars they have on here are bribes, family and friends because I’m telling you they don’t research . They treat every pet as cash and they act like all animals react the same to meds. They also lie a lot especially that female manager. They should not be working there. It’s bad for the company’s reputation.If you love your pets, do not trust them with these people. Go to Vca or Amherst. Anywhere else would be safer and less expensive.

I find this veterinary clinic to be greedy. You take your pet there for one issue and most of the time they have a pretty good idea what the cause of the issue is, but they suggest you do different kinds of tests that your pet does not need. The vet asked me if my cat usually panted, and I told him that he never did, and the panting was due to anxiety and stress which is very normal with some cats. He suggested a chest x-ray which I declined! There used to be a few decent vets at that clinic but unfortunately they are all gone. I will be looking for another veterinarian clinic where they won’t try to rip me off.
