I love getting their phonecalls. They yelled at my 13 year old son because he was trying to explain that the debt belongs to his mother who died in front of him recently.....she didn't give a flying F"....instead she berated him.....good thing all calls are recorded in this house (they will be used)....oh...and I love the envelopes they use now.....look VERY similar to official Gov't envelopes........bloody leeches....."

Very rude lady called me today she's nuts hire someone who has compassion not some slob lady who can't even speak to customers maybe make her a janitor
