At least twice in a month we have hot water issueWinter time twice in a month heater issue. When it is too cold weather heat is not working either or just warm itself. I bought a portable ceramic heater home to keep warmer the living room at least. The management intentional doesn’t increase the central heat broiler up. Winter I am paying more electricity bill because of I have turn portable heat ON, at cold weathers. I’ll knock the doors one by one to collect signs for a complain letter to housing department. Don’t rent any unit Highland Villages apartment in London Ontario because the services miserable.200 Sandringham crescent

The office staff at 501 Wilkins are very good at their job. They are friendly an approachable. The front end staff Ms. MacFarlane makes your visit to the office pleasant and helpful. The upper management along with the front end staff take care of issues quickly with productive results.Thank you to the staff for doing a great job.

Have been living here for over 5 years. Great place & awesome staff.. Had some issues with my dishwasher, clogged sink & ants. while my Portal account wasn't working, McKenzie was always there to be such a wonderful, helpful and do all the needful right away..

Great place to live! Pretty quiet as well. There is someone cleaning every day in the building. The grounds are kept nice. The area is great as well. I was here for 5 years and probably the best place I lived at. Only moved out to go to another city, if I wasn't moving out of town, I would have stayed there. The nice ladies in the office are great as well. Shelley is amazing, helpful and patient. McKenzie is friendly, helpful, smiles a lot and has a great personality. Will miss the place.

I have had nothing but good experiences at 501 Wilkins. Just this past year, they cleaned the underground parking, installed new carpet in the corridors, painted apt doors, fixed the garbage chute on my floor, updated the laundry room, paved the potholes in the parking lot, cleaned outside all the windows. Switched to 'remote fob's for better security. There is no litter floating around. In winter the salt is down 'pronto'. Snow clearing is always done right away. There is a Security company floating around in a car, after midnight. Like clockwork the grounds are taken care of in the summer. There are families living here. Professionals and students. Retirees. Disabled persons. It's a good place to live. The staff are great. Shelley, Yvonne, and McKensie. Plus the building staff, Gordon, Ricardo, Ronaldo, and so many others who are friendly, diligent, and Good at what they do. They keep on top of things. CAPREIT keeps on top of things. They actually Value the tenants. Crazy idea!Yes, rent is expensive everywhere. Here, you get what you pay for. Cheers.

People are great to deal with in the office. Very friendly. I hope they continue like this. God bless everyone there

My experience with the staff at Capreit has always been excellent. When I had an issue with my shower, and my kitchen sink, it was looked after right away by Felix (not sure on the name) They do their best to accommodate you and did reply to emails within 24 hours. I have dealt with Christine, Shelley and Yvonne and everyone was helpful and friendly.I love living here.
