Went in with my mother to help my soon to be brother-in-law pick out an engagement ring.The service was wonderful. The ring is beautiful!We were dealing with Trish (I think her name is?) and she was amazing. Very helpful and friendly.The rest of the staff was friendly as well! I definitely recommend!

I wish I could say something nice about this Ben Moss but unfortunately, our experience has been nothing but extremely disappointing. My husband and I initially went there nov 2021 to inquire about a custom ring to be made. They assured us they had an amazing jeweler who does excellent work and could no doubt be able to make a duplicate of my wedding band. So we went ahead with that custom ring purchase, and it’s been a nightmare ever since. It took over 4 months to receive my wedding rings back, and when I finally did (March 2022) the custom ring we had made, did not match my wedding band which they ASSURED me their amazing jeweler could match, and to top it off 2 days into wearing my ring again, a diamond was lost out of the BRAND NEW CUSTOM band. Utterly disappointed we went and returned the ring to Ben moss and they assured me it would be fixed and back to me in no time at all. Again, another 5 months go by, I get my ring back finally in August 2022 (yes, 5 months later) and the ring looks better and matches better, but NOT perfect… so I take it home and proceed to wear it for not even 48 hours, and low and behold ANOTHER diamond is lost out of the band that they custom made. UNREAL. Now, I am currently going on over a year without my beloved wedding ring. Moral of the story, dont do anything custom here unless you want a major headache, utmost frustration, and extreme disappointment.UPDATE: ring has lost yet another diamond. The store has agreed to take it back. Such a frustrating situation to deal with for over 2 years..

Wendy & the staff at the GP location is a delight to deal with and make the shopping experience easy. Very knowledgeable and helpful, ensuring to teach proper care for delicate jewellery that I otherwise never would have known! Plus they have the best value for jewellery, it's the only place I consider shopping locally

I went and got a ring there, I was helped by Patty Benson, and she was an absolute joy and helped through the entire process. She was honest and caring and quickly understood what I wanted. When trying on rings she gave helpful opinions and made the whole process enjoyable. Throughout the day we went back 3 times to the store and every time she was excited to hear about our findings. I am so happy with the ring I got and I would have never tried it on if not for her. The whole staff was incredible. Thank you so much!!

I always love to see and buy at Ben Moss, they have a lot of varieties of jewelries and the price are reasonable. All their staff are very pleasant especially Jade Ranson, she knows what she's doing, and explains any questions you asks. She's willing to give tips of how to take care of your jewelries.
