Usually orders on the app can’t order certain muffin so my husband usually asks the server for the one he can’t order the server today was very rude and didn’t want to serve my husband don’t need to be treated that way asked before why only certain muffins are on the app

Very rude when I tried to get my order fixed. Was polite to them too and they kept cutting me off and I asked why am I being treated this way. Basically threw the food at me.

This store is probably one of the slowest stores I’ve ever seen. Takes 20 mins to get a coffee from in store lineup. This is an everyday thing. Not to mention the language barrier. Asked for some details on the remaining number of Tim’s hockey cards and one of the employees was completely rude about it and didn’t wanna go check.

Absolutely brutal service. 1/5 times they get my order right and when they do it’s still not always right. farmers wraps always have little to no sauce, Missing ingredients, cold. Would only recommend this place for someone that’s very desperate for a coffee.

It was terrible there today. Drive through was down the road ,so I went in for faster service. The line up inside was to the entrance and I was in there for 1 hour before I got my order. They are more concerned with drive through and the people inside had one person serving them and making all the coffee orders at the same time for each order.This is not fair for the customers and it certainly not fair to the workers. I would think long and hard about working there. The workers can only do so much and I am sure takes alot from customers.

The drive thru here can be incredibly ridiculous most days. I have sat in the line for over 30 minutes some days.This location needs a second drive thru or another location built around town

Quality of the service is just as bad as the quality of the food and coffee, why have 3 windows when there's hardly anybody at one most times. Only reason anyone comes here is because there's no other option
