I’ve been a regular here since this place was owned by Debbie. The changes of groomers have been lovely until pooches.. no experienced groomer works there, it’s all students.. so if you want your dog practiced on then use them. If you’re looking for a good professional groom go elsewhere. The owners don’t even return phone calls when I noticed my dog left bleeding from all his nails! I also couldn’t help but notice all the fake reviews from the owners friends and family! Using the previous 5 star ratings from past groomers is wrong. You should start over and build a new reputation. Your standing one is garbage. I won’t even waste my money on your books! LOLSuch a sad business of shame you’ve got going on there pooches!

So glad I found this place! Tanya is AMAZING. She’s so experienced and knowledgeable. My 7lb mini poodle is a senior (11 years old) and Tanya was super gentle with him. Mason enjoyed his full groom experience. We won’t go anywhere else ever again. Best groomer ever!

They were friendly and caring with my dogs anxiety and gave him a great nail trim! We will definitely be back. (Hopefully he doesn't pee the next time! Lol they were even kind and understanding about that!)

Outstanding job cleaning up my Shih tzu, she was very matted. The groomer was able to clip her nails too, which were reported to be very long (can cause discomfort). My dog was nervous upon arrival, but was well taken care of and comforted by the groomer. She was in a playful mood when I picked her up. I will keep returning.

PERFECT SERVICE, CURTIOUS INTERACTION, MY DOG WAS VERY HAPPY AND DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE. I recently went to get my dog groomed here and when I came online to post my review I noticed the negative comments towards the business not the grooming. I dont know why someone who does not own the business would have to be contacted for their permission in laying someone off. This has nothing to do with grooming nor is it any of their business or mine. We are not there and we do not know what transpired and all is hearsay. You and any other customers including myself can only judge on the grooming and interaction that was direct to them. I think you are overstepping. I have been there and Received PERFECT SERVICE, CURTIOUS INTERACTION, MY DOG WAS VERY HAPPY AND DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE. previous groomers left her very unsettled. Thank You Pooches for your caring and compassion to my pet. my only suggestion is a larger bandana selection to fit larger dogs please. Thank You again.

Lovely ladies who run it! They were all very kind and genuine, I felt I was leaving my Marley in a safe and loving space. I have a goldendoodle, she was groomed in just over 2 hours so I waited over at the Starbucks across the road.When they called me to say Marley was going to be ready in 10 minutes, I got there and she actually was ready to go... unlike some places such as Petsmart that call you to come and still are grooming (so then your dog sees you and gets excited and ends up having a wonky cut in spots)The ladies gave a great cut, exactly what I was hoping for. Feels great to finally find a groomer who does what you like!!!Fair prices, Marley is a medium sized/50 lb goldendoodle and was $100.. with tax $114 and then a tip!Also love that it’s a free range groomer (no cages) and gives off a great energy!Highly recommend, also perfect for them having a “request a quote” option, and it was only a couple days wait for an appointment (unlike a two week wait for other groomers)10/10

The owners were so kind and helped me navigate what to do with my new puppy! So sweet and my baby looks and smells amazing. 100% going here again, 10/10 amazing service

One of my best friends had an amazing experience here with her dog so I brought my new rescue dog in to see what she was talking about! Amazing job done by the groomer, leaving her so so pretty, soft, fluffy and smelling good. Since she was a street dog, she gets very nervous, but she was overjoyed with the staff when I came back to get her!

Kristy was extremely welcoming and friendly. Both these pups got groomed in about a bit over an hour...so very quickly! My dogs HATE baths and everything that comes with it, but she made the dogs feel comfortable in their new environment. The place was clean and well put-together which was very comforting to me. My pups got a bath, nail trimming, ear cleaning...AND blueberry facial (I know right?) for a good price. When you get service this good, their price is worth it. I was very happy with the way these two looked and smelled when I got them back. You can see the dedication Kristy puts into this business and to the dogs. She cares for each one like her own and I truly appreciate that. The bandana was a fun nice touch too! I most definitely recommend this grooming business for top-notch service :)

I like that they did a wonderful job on my 16 year old pug/shih tzu mixed. I found them to be courteous and professional. I will surely come back again. Thank you so much!
