Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I can say that I was fairly excited to rent a vehicle from your business. That changed very quickly. I was contacted by Brenna Fedak about a rental and was told specifically by her that my deposit would $50 , because I didn't have a credit card. I get there to rent my vehicle and now am told a completely different story by the assistant manager, Patrick Cooper. I was also told that renting a truck or a car would be the same cost for me because its a insurance rental through Alloy Collision just down the road., but that seemed to be not correct either.Lets just say I'm home now , with no rental car, been on hold for a very long time trying to figure out why I was told something that isn't your company policy. Great piece of advice is to train your employees , and give them the proper information before booking customers with one story only to get there and be told another story. Apparently the district manager is supposed to get a hold of me in a few days. I wonder how im supposed to get around for those few days , I should have had my rental.not a great day that's for sure ! Ive rented from budget many times and should have just gone with them.

Rented a vehicle at this location, wasn’t impressed with the initial rental not being very clean exterior-wise due to the cold. However, Matt went over and above to make things right for me! He is a professional and exceptional employee!! Thank you Matt!!

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
You can never get the rental that you originally book for online. They never call you in advance to let you know that the size of rental has changed or anything. Our previous experience we showed up for our standard SUV and received a compact SUV. We needed the size for our weekend trip. Which this SUV doesn’t allow us to all go. So either we cancel our trip and have to rebook for when it works out for our work schedules, or part of our family has to miss out of the weekend.We were also told to wait till Saturday and call the downtown location to see if they had a larger vehicle. Which they didn’t. So more time wasted. This is completely unacceptable. If you can avoid booking with enterprise I suggest highly doing so.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Not recommended, (dealt with Brand Rd location) as Sgi has a contract with Enterprise. Was told I needed extra insurance, which I didn’t as I already had coverage thru my policy even after employee scrolled thru my phone looking at my coverage. After talking to my adjuster, I DID have coverage and should not have been charged, he called....they then said they wouldn’t charge me. And was told to come in and sign some paperwork. Went in, no signing of anything, however she took a look at the vehicle inside and out, and came back in and said I was good to go, I asked about paperwork, she said there was nothing to fill out, when I returned the vehicle, was told I would be charged and would talk to manager about it.....My adjuster called them, and they would not refund my credit card. Will definitely not be returning to Enteprise and would not recommend it to anyone.

God I've had nothing but bad luck here in Saskatoon! I tried getting a bus to pick up my repaired car in Wilkie, they wouldn't allow me on board because I had a service animal and only blind people r entitled to have one, that was with Rider Express Transportation. Unless u r blind all service animals r considered Therapy animals which is not true. Anyway ,so Enterprise was arranged for today. I'm not from here so they said they can't verify who I am! I no longer use a çredit card, only Visa debit so this is why they r playing this game. They could easily phone Enterprise location in Alberta that I used, but they just said no they can't. This is absolutely ridiculous! I am just trying to pick up my repaired car that died on me suddenly as I need my extremely important bloodpressure medication, which I explained. They didn't care instead they were going to give me a phone number to another company. I already know this other company and they want $1000 deposit that they keep for 6 weeks in case u get a traffic ticket. I had to spend that amount on car repairs, I shouldn't have to endure this major inconvenience. They decided to tell me all of this 45 min.before picking me up! And giving me the number to that other car rental place is their idea of providing great service. My drivers license should b suffice, along with my utility bills to show my address, and my paystub which has address on it, and 3 references that they call,( and a $300 deposit that is returned by a check in the mail weeks later) God if all of that cannot prove who I am then they r just being ridiculous! They just don't want to rent it to people without a credit card, so they would rather see me go without my medication and remain stranded . This is the worst car rental company I have ever dealt with. Here we go again another case of discrimination all because I'm not from here and I no longer have a credit card after I paid it off. What do they care if I have a stroke or heart attack without my meds.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I always had good experience at this location but lately it was bad. First, I reserved for a SUV for 2 consecutive rentals for a week and another rental at the airport branch because my car was in the shop. I never got the car that i wanted. They gave me sedan instead and i wasn’t happy. Staff were awesome but the manager was a bit sarcastic. I had to cancel my reservation and I never thought my wife was already cancelled it. I was talking to a guy sounds like east indian and he said it was already cancelled. Of course I apologized for the inconvenience but instead of saying thank you and it’s ok, he just hung up on me. That was rude! I understand maybe he was busy but it takes only few seconds to say thank you.I would never come back there and i don’t care if the place only few blocks away from my place. I never asked for pick up or drop off. I am regular customer since 2010.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I rented a Chevy Trax there in Sep/2020. The staff sanitized the car before giving it to me. The car was great, no issues. They offer a ride back home which is great because you can save on taxi.I recommend this shop.
