Horrible my partner went in to get stuff for my son he graduated his swimming class. Well he left and some A HAT knocked the drinks out of his arm and told my partner to F off. Hoping macs would be kind and replace my son's drink at least and being met with I don't care not my problem" as a response is not customer service. I won't expect full replacement of anything but maybe a kinder response. I have worked customer service since I was 16 and I can tell you if I ever spoke to anyone that way I would have been written up. So unkind and lacking is empathy."
