I always gave up after the first couple of sessions but once I started yoga at The Heddaka Group doing chair yoga after my injury I hate missing a session. Nicola has such amazing energy and a soothing voice. The energy I receive on the mat is beyond anything I can explain.

Nicola has been working with me one and one for the past few months. I can't go to group classes because a back injury has dictated that I cannot fold nor twist at the waste. I call what she does restorative yoga designed for my pain of the day and my needs based on current activity levels which can be intense (OrangeTheory). Nicola is intuitive seemingly morphing my practice based on the pain or emotional issue of the day. Started one day a week and now up to two and we laugh that we should have taken rulers and pics on day one to truly show my improvement in flexibility and strength. One on one Yoga with Nicola has been key to my continuous improvement for mind body and soul especially during great personal loss after my sister was killed by a drunk driver in Feb followed by all that COVID brought. Healer. Guru. Nicola... Namaste.

I have attempted many yoga classes in the years past, and have never really enjoyed. However, Nicola’s classes at The Heddeka Group are amazing! Truly a blessing to have found this instructor! My body has never felt free from pain as it does now. Thank you, Nicola and Hazel! Namaste.
