Kristina has been my massage therapist for over 12 years. She has always been very professional, not only giving the therapeutic massage, but also suggesting ways to stretch and help areas that are causing the pain. The clinic is in top condition, being cleaned and sanitized between each visit. I have always felt safe, seen, and listened to, hence why I have been a patient for so long!

Kristina is an experienced RMT who can really get into those tough, old knots but is always sensitive to find the right pressure during treatment.Following the shutdown of personal services due to COVID-19, I was in severe need of massage therapy and at the recommendation of my Chiropractor, found Kristina (and Richard) in their fairly new (and impeccably fresh and clean, newly renovated) practice. I feel that I am overdue in providing feedback and want to express my sincere thanks for their excellent service in addressing my ongoing injury (injuries, really!) and providing relief. Kristina's professional response and often 6 days a week availability is impressive and very helpful for my schedule; the COVID screening protocols are the most thorough I have encountered as a client of a number of personal services. As I already mentioned, the office is clearly newly renovated (in a calming, relaxing style with large windows for natural light and fresh air) and is always extremely clean and the linens obviously freshly laundered - any reviews to the contrary could not have been written by someone who has actually visited this office. Kristina is an experienced RMT professional whose communication skills enable her to connect with clients on a personal level (sharing a few laughs during a deep massage is not always the usual RMT experience) while at the same time, her exceptional knowledge of physiology is abundantly clear during each appointment. I am extremely grateful for Kristina's ability to address all of my questions and various 'issues' due to old and newer whiplash, marathon running, biking/spinning, and sitting at a computer for work ... and also enjoy her ability to lament with me about the body just getting older ;) ... I highly recommend Town Centre Integrated Therapies.

I have been seeing Kristina for many, many years now. I followed her from where she worked previous to her current practice that she opened up with her husband Richard a couple years ago. She is my favourite RMT and has always been my 'go-to' for injuries, aches & pains over the years. Kristina is THE BEST and is especially talented at finding every single knot that needs kneading during a massage. Kristina also pays a lot of attention to detail. She was meticulous and thoughtful in the design of her new space and put customers first by purchasing upgraded, extra comfortable massage tables and even soft flannel sheets to use in the winter months so that her patients would feel extra cozy. Kristina and Richard are professionals who go above and beyond to make sure their establishment is clean, sanitized, and in top working order. Her attention to detail shows in how thorough she is with the covid safety rules; I feel completely safe while I'm there. If you can get in to see Kristina, you will not be disappointed.

Been coming here every couple of weeks since I believe Sept 2020. Kristina has been very very helpful with giving pointers and stretches to help with my shoulder problems (in addition to doing a splendid job with getting knots out of my muscles of course!) Figured that it's about time I wrote a review for them and am surprised to see some reviews on here stating that it is unhygienic/ dirty as I have never seen any litter/stains or even dust (I should know as I am very much allergic to dust) I'm wondering if they have actually been to the location or if they accidentally posted a review for the wrong place as there are a bunch of massage therapy locations around here. Anyways, I digress, Kristian and Richard are very friendly and really knows their work really well (and it shows). Sheets used always smell fresh and clean! Covid protocols include questionnaires the day before and on the day of which I think is amazing (alot of work on both sides but it shows how much they care about keeping all their patients safe). Highly recommend them if you are looking for a good massage therapist!

I followed Kristina from her previous location to this brand new immaculate clinic. After a bad car accident, she used her extensive training and professionalism to help me recover safely. Currently their commitment to all regulations of their Massage Therapy practice and to COVID protocols have been above any other place I have entered in the last year! No one who has actually visited their clinic could describe it as anything but spotless. Their knowledgable and friendly communication before and at all sessions, let me know their integrity and professionalism are unmatched! If you need qualified Massage Therapy (not spa day), Kristina will help you to gain the release and functionality to live life to your best ability again! Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Richard and Kristina now for over a year and have just seen Téa for the first time! Every time I see any of them, I come away feeling much better. They really listen to you and your symptoms and help resolve the issues you are having with a very good and focused massage. I have seen them while pregnant as well and cannot recommend them enough pregnant or not!

This is a truly fantastic clinic! It is incredibly clean and well-managed. I have been seeing Richard for the past 3 times now and he is absolutely wonderful! He is so incredibly professional, caring and kind! He does an incredible job helping me to relieve my back and shoulder pain and listens carefully to help me address my pain the best. He ensures that I am always comfortable and get relief from the treatments. The treatments have been so helpful at relieving my pain, which I am so grateful for. I would honestly recommend this clinic to everyone, I have had a wonderful experience every time I came here. Richard has been my massage therapist for several years. He is very knowledgeable and has helped with my whiplash and tightness in my shoulders. As a result, my performance with kickboxing and weight training have improved dramatically.I'm also impressed with their Covid-19 safety protocols which makes me feel safe.
