Everyone was so helpful and nice! Specially Josh, he helped us pick the perfect car seat! He took the car seat and test it for us in the car and was so helpful and kind in making this purchase and hearing out our needs. Really standing out from any other store/ customer service in the industry. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase and service! Thank you Josh!

Their online shopping experience was awful. Couldn't checkout with UK billing address so was forced to use PayPal. Their normal dispatch timeframe is 4-6 business days. Why on earth do they need to sit on an order for so long before shipping? When complained their excuse was that they are a small business. How is that even an excuse? In the UK the tiniest businesses ship out orders within 12-24 hours (even for standard delivery). On top of that, their warehouse is located in MB when their operations are in BC/ON. So again adding to longer shopping times on top of their ridiculous dispatch time! It's a complete joke. Will most certainly never order from here again.

West Coast Kids has some of the best customer service I've seen out there. They have a voicemail system where you can leave voicemails about your inquiries. I received a call back from Madelaine regarding my crib inquiry and she was able to answer my questions and provide additional guidance on the item. I am grateful for this level of customer service!

Do not do your gift registry here! Orders take forever to arrive, not within the time frame indicated on their website. When I called to see if my items were on the way as it’s I was told they’re doing a warehouse move and to be patient. Terrible customer service there was no attempt to remedy the situation or expedite the orders. I suggested I could pick them up in store instead and was told this is not possible even though they haven’t even been shipped yet. Pregnancy is stressful enough without worrying if you’ll have the things you need before your baby arrives.Avoid the stress and use a different company for your registry!

We went to the store on Main Street and learned everything we need to know about car seats and strollers. Josh was a wealth of information. Love his passion for sharing knowledge and commitment to his customers!!

The store is understaffed. While we were in the middle of looking and evaluatinga car seat , another sales person grabbed it so that somebody could install it in their car. Also, not everyone was getting equal attention of sales people there! Overall disappointed with their customer service.

I don't often write reviews but I couldn't help myself in this case. I was shopping at WestCoast Kids for a convertible car seat and was overwhelmed by the options, prices and sizes of the car seats in general. As a first time mom there is so much to choose from and decide that it's a lot. Thankfully I had the expert advice of Ron. Not only did he help me check the fit of the car seat in my own car, but he was honest and truly forthcoming about how best to choose a car seat. He didn't try to sell me on anything but made sure I understood what mattered most, how it fit in my car and whether my baby would be comfortable. He was so helpful, kind and genuinely interested in my satisfaction with the product I chose. I think he is one of their best employees and is so knowledgeable in car seats and other equipment too!

The best customer service we've experienced in a long time - thank you! We came from out of town, as we were hoping to test out a few different strollers. None of the stores near us carry this brand in-store, so we made the trip out. A few minutes after browsing, Pauline approached us and walked us through all of the features of the stroller and carseat we were considering. She was so thorough! She made sure we test drove it in-store to ensure it was the perfect match for us, and had us put the car seat in our car to make sure it fit. I felt so supported in our shopping experience. Once we're ready, we'll definitely be purchasing our stroller and carseat here. Thank you, Pauline!

We got great information about the stroller were seeking for our baby. Absolutely nice staff helping customers going above and beyond their needs. Providing honest feedback not just for selling items, they respected what customers really needs base on their life style. I was a little apprehensive after reading some reviews but I am SO glad I went. A lady named ANTONIA was incredibly helpful - she took her time with my husband and I to show us multiple strollers, carriers, accessories, etc. She was super patient, answered ALL of our questions and made so many helpful suggestions. She was completely unbiased and took the time to go through everything that we needed and showed us multiple options for each. I can't wait to go back to see what else Antonia can help us with!!!!
