Called in for some repairs and Carmal was so helpful! We needed to get some work done for our home inspection and she walked us through the process and was very honest about the potential costs.When dealing with the technician ( I completely forget his name) he was super helpful, efficient, thorough and left the place clean. He explained what had happened and provided me with the knowledge and understanding of his repairs. We also received a follow up call from Carmal to ensure that our service and invoice provided would work for our inspection. From booking to the invoice process the True North team really go above and beyond for their clients and I would highly recommend them to anyone for their heating and cooling needs.

Our A/C stopped working over the weekend. We called True North who responded within the hour. They had our system operational within 10 minutes of arrival. Then True North adjusted and tuned our A/C system. They provided excellent advice on the operation of our system. I thought that we were doing everything correctly, but True North advised different approaches to better the performance and reduce the costs. And True North did not install our HVAC system.We found True North to be highly educated, experienced and qualified for this work. Something that we had not found in St Albert since we moved here.All the above for one very low service call cost. What a GREAT VALUE!True North also provides maintenance guidelines for the A/C and furnace. We will use their guidelines and recommended maintenance services going forward as we deem it a great value. We strongly believe in maintenance as it improves performance, extends the life expectancy, and reduces operating costs.We highly recommend that you select True North for all of your HVAC needs!

Amazing all around!! Our furnace decided to take a holiday and not work. True North replaced and removed my old hot water tank recently. The team was courteous, efficient and friendly throughout the entire process. Cost were very competitive and they left the home as clean as they found it. Would definitely recommend them for future needs.

A very friendly, professional group of certified tradespeople performed a full system replacement for us. An excellent amount of preplanning was performed, any questions we had were addressed in a friendly and professional manner, as well as any changes that occurred while the scope of work was being completed.
