John, the owner and technician at Bit by bit Computer Services, is very knowledgeable and experienced in computer diagnostic and repair. He provided clear explanation for my PC problems and guided me to replace the broken parts in my custom PC build. John helped me put my custom PC together and it's running like brand new. I am very satisfied with the services provided and service fee.

I took my laptop in. John did a great job and I would recommend him highly. I didn't get my laptop back the next day but I know he needed more time with it...and now I know why. He did an outstanding job. My laptop works very well and he was kind enough to not charge me for the RAM he put in there too. Thanks John.

I have dealt with Bit by Bit for I'd say at least 5 years. I'm a software guy (25 years) and John is my hardware guy. I know he's always giving me the truth in requirements for repairs and often tells me a more cost effective solution then what I've suggested. He is honest and reliable and I always recommend him to my family and friends. I've bought the odd used item from him and never had an issue. You'd be crazy not to go there! - Danny Baker

John was awesome. Found the problem and mixed it fast. Very reasonable price.I had gone to Best Buy and they were kind of clueless. They said it would take them 2 weeks and be over $200.Thank goodness I went here instead.I came back to John again. Had an issue, he fixed it quickly and was able to save me money using a used part that he warrants for a year.He's kind and helpful. Great local business

Excellent service. The man working there goes the extra mile and charges reasonably.I paid to have him fix a problem rather than deal with horrible HP tech support. The saved time and hassle is well worth the price.

Wasn't sure about this tiny inner city shop, but you can't judge a book by its cover. John (the owner) is great! He is honest, knowledgable fair, very helpful and stands behind the work that he does with a warranty. Couldn't be a happier customer and because of that, I've already told all of my friends and family about his shop should they have any computer issues in the future.
