I had my first experience with getting a facial and pedicure at Upper Village Spa. They made me realize I had some big misconceptions on what these services were all about. I can tell you without a doubt, the facial treatment I had was the most incredible, relaxing experience I've had. I can't believe I've only discovered them now. I walked out of that place like a new person. While part of it was the treatment itself, the biggest part was the service, professionalism, atmosphere and aestheticians at Upper Village Spa. Upper Village Spa is an oasis! I have been going to this spectacular place since they opened over 20 years ago. The owner Trina and all her staff are fantastic. They are so kind and welcome you in such a way that you feel at home. I love that Trina keeps up with the latest science and technology so clients like me have the best service and quality products are used so that my body is not harmed. They look out for the client, always keeping them in the for front of whatever they do. Name the service and I’ve had it done. I’ve also had services with each of the staff and each one of them are great and so caring. I’m booked for their latest offering, the Oxygeno 3-in-1 Super Facial and I can’t wait! I appreciate how Upper Village Spa has such high standards when it comes to protocols around spa services. They take pride in making it a safe environment. I love how they continue their training to always be fresh and on top of the latest technologies. I live in Georgetown and yes that is a distance away from Upper Village Spa but I will NOT go anywhere else other than to Upper Village Spa. It is worth the drive!

Upper Village Spa is that gem in the city in an exclusive part of the city that everyone should know about. It has been my destination for facials for over 15 years. I enjoy having facials with Toni or Cheri. I trust my skin with them and while I love my skin feeling fresh, looking radiant, what I especially love is that they make me relax so much so I am truly disappointed it's over and I have to wait until next time. I'm not in the neighbourhood so it's a destination day of pampering for me, and I get to have a great girl day because the ladies make it so special.

I’ve been a client of the Upper Village Spa for over 30 years. I feel honoured to know this team of women who take such pride in their work and who go above and beyond to make each visit comfortable and enjoyable. I trust and value the team’s opinions on all things esthetic and I appreciate all the hard work behind the scenes, researching and procuring all the best and healthiest products. They really do care about their clients and strive to deliver the best possible service each time.

I normally don't leave reviews, but this spa deserves this. From the moment you walk into the spa, you know that you have made the right choice. Trina and her staff are very courteous, professional, very warm but also very thorough with the sevices they offer. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that you are pampered and very spoiled. Their rooms are fantastic, large, clean and the beds are very comfortable. Their facials, Mani/Pedi and their massages are AMAZING! They all make you feel like family. I brought both of my niece's when they were 9 months old to get their tiny ears pierced. Toni made sure that both mommy and baby were comfortable. Once she was done, she allowed my sister-in-law to nurse my niece. From the beginning to the end, the experience was amazing. I also brought my son to the spa to have his ears pierced and once again he had a great experience. He loves the ladies there. If it were up to him, he would go every week. They have become our friends for life. I would hands down recommend Upper Village Spa to EVERYONE!!!

Please don’t be shocked but I’ve never written a review. I have been a customer of the Upper Village Spa for a long time! As soon as I open the spa door I immediately feel at home, my stress starts to melt away. More so when I open the door following my AMAZING facial…I feel like I’m walking on clouds. My drive to the spa used to be 10 minutes but now it’s 2+ hrs! Friends think I’m meshug but I will not go anywhere else. I love Trina. I started as a customer but now I feel safe in saying that she is my friend. Highly recommend Trina, Sheri, Toni. Important to note: Trina is a fount of knowledge around skin care and beauty. She does her research! I trust her experience and knowledge.

What can I say about Trina and her team - They are amazing!!! I have been going to Trina for 22 years. It is one of the things I look forward to every month. Her spa is beautiful, the services done to perfection and everyone is always so friendly and accommodating. Trina - you are one of the most wonderful people I know. To say you have a heart of gold doesn't even describe you to the fullest. I love you, love your spa, love your team and can't wait for the next 22 years of pampering :)
