I have done multiple commissions with them and they are easy to work with and reasonable. Tristan is a great guy. If you need models commissioned, this is the place to go.

Don't listen to these 1 star reviews.. this company paints your stuff fast and to high level. I loved paying for a model ill know will come sooner then later and will look amazing on the table top!Will always recommend. Unlike others who charge 2000 for a model.. those uk company's are just robbing you.This is the place to get your models painted!

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! Please read full review before making judgement.In June 2021 I reached out to Four Realms of Chaos to clean and build some models for my army. I was given a reasonable quote and timeframe of 1-2 months for the building. After dropping off the models in late June responses and communication disappeared. I had to reach out via every channel, to get a response. Finally In late October I was told my models were almost ready for pickup. With COVID I didn’t feel like sticking around once picking up the models. So I went over them when I got home and oh boy! Every single model still has mold lines, roughly 10% of the models still had bits of sprue left on them, some models were incomplete and still had bits left on the sprue, 20 resin models had bits broken off and sanded down to hide the damage, no resin was straighted or cleaned properly (you could visibly see mold release on them), some modes had gap filling done and it looked like it was put on by a 3 year old with their fingers. Arms didn’t matchup to bodies and were several centimetres off from lining up. And 15 models were missing and not returned to me! An absolute mess! And trying to contact them to get it fixed was even more of a hassle. I still had to reach out via every channel possible, and wouldn’t get a response for weeks! They are still working on a load of models I sent back because they were so bad! I can’t speak for their panting, but their modeling and communication skills are HORRENDOUSLY bad!

TLDR: If you can find someone else in the Vaughan/ Markham area I recommend it. Poor communication, ghosting, premium prices, poor quality of work.Went to these guys 3 times over the last few years, they charge premium prices for lackluster quality. Only got single minis commissioned as gifts for friends and charged me 40$ for a single mini and didn’t even bother to paint the face. Recently recommended a friend to try these guys to print a mini as a birthday gift as per their website they say they offer the service and they ghosted them.When have gotten the chance to even connect to get paint jobs done they are unresponsive and have to chase after them or risk losing your minis. They rarely answer their number when trying to call and do not follow up if you leave a voicemail.If anyone in the Markham/ Vaughan area offers the same service there is a ripe market, if these guys are your only competition you will do well.If these 2 guys at four realms of chaos disagree with this review, feel free to reach out, would be a surprise to say the least given how unresponsive they are.

The folks here are extremely talented, very friendly and easy to do business with! I recently bought an expensive Prime 1 Studio 1:3 statue (from another location) that arrived damaged. I was told by my vendor they could not get a replacement part for me, but I really liked the statue and wanted to keep it. The folks at this Studio made my statue look as good as new! I cannot overstate how happy I am with their services and I absolutely recommend them. Just a great bunch of artists! Thank you so much for your work. I should also mention after reading a couple of the other reviews here, that I had absolutely no problems getting a hold of the Studio and all of my inquiries were replied to without issue.

Surprised by some of the reviews, as my experience was the compete opposite. They're always very quick to respond via email & sent updates along the way about my miniatures being painted. The price is also very reasonable considering the level of detail. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Not a cheap thing to have done but I was given a quote and knew the cost going in, and the quality of their work was exceptional. They sent me photos of the finished product prior to shipping where I requested an alteration to one mini, which they got done the same day with no issue. Highly recommend their work.

I couldn't be happier with the work that four realms did on my tau army. Tristan was an extremely helpful individual and took his time to really understand what I wanted with my tau army and did everything they could to make it work. They were very communicative during the work and would reach out to me if they had any questions or needed any clarifications on anything. Even when I asked them to change some stuff pretty far along the process they did it with no issue to make sure I was happy. I would recommend this studio to anyone looking to get their army painted as the work was at a very high quality and the team behind the painting is extremely nice and helpful. I will definitely be reaching out to four realms in the future for another commission!

Disappointed to say the least. I started a small project (6 models) with them back in Aug 2021. I received an update from them in October 2021 and then never heard from the again, despite my multiple attempts to contact them. I had bought and provided the minis for them to paint. So I’m not just out the wasted time, but the cost of the minis as well. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Take your business anywhere else.
