Justice

I went to the store and there was an amazing final sale. So I went in with my family and once we were at the cashier we were sure what we were gonna buy but the sale prices weren’t labeled so it took us a while. Usually the workers are nothing but kind and sweet but they lady at the cashier was extremely rude. She kept reminding us that there is a huge line up and that we should have gone through what we wanted before. She was rolling her eyes and speaking in such a harsh tone. She didn’t even fold the clothes! She threw them into the bag. Finally when I got the receipt and checking thought it. Once I realized that she added a pair of shoes to purchase. I walked back in and explained the misunderstanding. She was really rude and said that she was sorry that we came to her without knowing what we really wanted. I then tried to tell her that there was no sale prices on the tags and she immediately walked away. Then another worker came and said that it was finals sale and we couldn’t do anything about it. I come here a lot and I have never experienced this type of treatment ever. I think that it is totally unexceptionable.

Pretty stuff, though variety of sizes was lacking at this time of the year (though if you or your kid is size 6-7 or 18-20 they more than have you covered).Accessories seem overpriced to me, but I'm hardly an expert.

BUYER BEWARE! If you want to return a Justice gift card to the store, the store is unable to help. They instruct you to send the gift card by registered mail back to Ohio for a refund. I could not believe this. So for a $50 gift card if you pay for certified mail $10 to send it to Ohio you end up getting a refund of $40. The worst is that the store does not post any disclaimer to warn potential buyers that this is their process for the return of gift cards. I am sure that if they posted such a disclaimer, people would think 10 times before buying a gift card from them.And to top it all, the state of Ohio does not accept registered mail anymore so the next option is to send it with Express Post which costs 20$. This is a terrible customer experience!

Staff are friendly however the line always seems to move super slow. Selection is also not always the best and I find they are stocked with large sizes but 8 and lower is slim pickings.

My daughter loves this store. It is for the tween girls but I find it a bit expensive. It is worth it though to look for the deals. The clothes are really cute as well.

This outlet store has more collection than in the mall. They even have some deals going on all the time. If kids love Justice, then should visit this outlet store.

Our all the time favourite store since the branch open in Mississauga. I use to drive all the way to Buffalo to shop From the Justice. Love it ❤️

22/01......the 1 star is for customer service. I would leave a half star if possible. I have never left a bad review but I'm compelled to leave this one. Extremely poor customer service. The 2 ladies on staff were very uninterested in assisting and waved in a general area when I asked for a specific item. After searching without any luck, the one free person walks off to back of house when I ask for the specific location with a dont bother me expression. Only one other customer in store so I guess they were super busy.

This store is very neat and well organized. Lots of selection and staff were very friendly. They could improve on attending to the customers more quickly but other than that, my experience was pleasant and will definitely return!
